Meet Susie Q! Susie Q was found after being dumped at a school and was seen going through dumpsters just to survive. Susie is just baby. We are guessing she was born at the beginning of 2024. At first with thought she was a chihuahua/doxie mix, but I think she may have some Italian Greyhound or Min Pin in her too. Whatever her mix is, she is cute and I LOVE her big ears! She weighs around 10 pounds, spayed, updated on all shots, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. This girl loves to play anywhere she is, inside or outside! She is great with people, but may play too hard for small kids. She is good with other dogs, but is not a huge fan of cats. Susie is good in the house as long as she gets plenty of potty breaks and toys to chew on! Garbage may need to be secured. Sometime she forgets she’s no longer a stray and thinks she still has to go through garbage just to eat, poor girl. The adoption fee is $250 to an approved and loving home. All vet records and her harness/leash will be given to the adopter at the time of adoption. Meet Trigger Trigger was dumped at a friend of mines moms’ house around the beginning of August 2024. He is a very good boy and gets along well with people and other dogs. Not sure about cats as the fosters are allergic to kitties, but I would imagine he would be fine since he’s seems so sweet. He does have an old leg injury, that has healed, so he limps slightly. He is around 2 years old and around 10 pounds. Trigger is neutered, updated on all shots, and heartworm tested negative. He will need to be kept on heartworm prevention his whole life, like all dogs should. The adopt fee to cover his care and vetting is $150 to an approve and loving home. All vet records will be given to the adopter at the time of adoption. Meet Tilly! Tilly was surrendered to the crowded shelter, because she was scared of the families young kids and they felt bad for her. She was rescued by Sally (1 of our favorite fosters) from a shelter and made her an official FURever FURkid! She is a very nervous girl and the noisy shelter definitely wasn’t the best place for her. She is learning how to be a spoiled princess pup now! Tilly is around 3 years old and weighs around 10ish pounds. She is spayed, updated on all shots, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and on heartworm preventative. (Which she must stay on all of her life.) She enjoys being on the FURniture with her people and likes to follow her foster mom everywhere she goes. So, if you have a nice, quiet home (no kids or super hyper pets) and don’t mind having a “shadow” following you around, then Tilly may be a good fit! Hello, my Name is Percy, it's short for Perseverance. I am a 7 year old Chihuahua, I am spayed and current on all shots. Sadly I tested positive for heartworms, so I was started on treatment. Treatment almost killed me so I am taking a safer route. I am in rescue because I was found by a sweet woman who was house sitting. She said I was quite the survivalist. Nobody had ever seen me before. I was gathering everything I needed out of someone's garage and taking it back to a flat bed trailer that I claimed, I even had some yummy cat food I have NEVER known humans to be nice and gentle so when the man came to trap me I was soooo scared. The man turned out to be safe he even brought me to rescue. I have been here a long time being worked with. everyone has shown me that humans are good and loving. I will need a patient and understanding adopter who will allow me some time to adjust. Once I trust you I am the sweetest silliest girl. I am a goofball who enjoys company and soft beds. ##1736828##
