Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.ONE FREE TRAINING SESSION WITH ADOPTIONACTIVE EXPERIENCED ADOPTER NEEDED Time for an update on me! My name is Beau. I was surrendered  to the rescue by my family, because I was nipping at the younger children. There were far too many children(6) to pick on me. I've been with my foster mom for a year now and I think we have a few things straightened out, regarding what kind of a home I need. I'm currently living in a quiet country home with a fenced yard where I can expend some energy chasing the squirrels.. We have a routine and infrequent visitors. There are other little dogs here and we get along fine, but I do not like strange dogs and would be best as an only pet. I like to play with  squeaky toys, rope toys and nyla bones, am reliably house and crate trained and love to ride in the car and snuggle with foster mom when our day is done.  I will be 3 years old soon, weigh 23 lbs. and have the cutest underbite. I am healthy, low maintenance, caught up on all my vaccinations and heart worm negative. I am VERY REACTIVE to new people and situations(stranger danger) and will bark and show fear aggression. I can be worked through this, if you have experience at socializing reactive dogs. It will be a work in progress to help me. IF YOU HAVE A QUIET HOME, WITH NO CLOSE NEIGHBORS OR CHILDREN, we could be best friends.  Please see lots of pictures  and more about me on my Facebook page under Rose's Rescue Facebook. Did I mention I am very smart(and cute!)?  If interested, you can easily fill out an adoption application by clicking here:  adoption application For anyone viewing this on Petfinder, if you are interested in adopting this animal you will need to go to our website  www.rosesrescue.net  to fill out the online adoption application. You can usually find more pictures of the animals there too. Click on our name "Roses Rescue" in blue above to be taken directly to our website. Story
Hi there, I'm Mitch! I'm a two-year-old Chihuahua mix with a heart full of potential and a face that will make you swoon—check out my adorable little underbite! It gives me a lot of character, don’t you think? I was found as a stray, so I’m still learning what it feels like to have a cozy, loving home, but let me tell you—I warm up quickly, especially if you've got treats. Treats are basically my love language. At first, I might be a little shy or nervous, but once I know you’re my friend, I’ll be your loyal little sidekick. I’ve been told I’m very polite around other dogs, so if you already have some furry friends, I’d fit right in. I’m a neutered male, so I’m all ready to go! What I’m looking for now is someone who will see past my nerves and give me the chance to become the snuggly, happy pup I know I can be. Are you that person? Come meet me and let’s see if we’re meant to be! Mitch's adoption fee is $275. You can learn more about Mitch and other dogs at Happy Bark by visiting www.happybark.org PA Kennel License 17445

Story
Hey there, my name’s Grant, and I’m on the lookout for my forever family! I know I’m a little rough around the edges right now, but don’t let my scruffy start fool you—I’ve got a heart as big as the moon and a personality to match. I’m about 5 years old, so I’m in that sweet spot where I’m past the wild puppy phase but still young enough to keep up with all kinds of adventures. Weighing in at 15 pounds, I’m just the right size to snuggle in your arms or trot happily by your side on a walk. Speaking of snuggles, being held is my absolute favorite thing—I’ll melt right into your arms like butter on warm toast. Life hasn’t been all belly rubs and treats for me so far. I came in looking a bit ragged, but thanks to some TLC, my skin is healing up nicely, and I’ve got a clean bill of health with sparkling teeth to boot! My spirit is spry, and I’m ready to show you just how much pep I’ve got. I can be a little shy at first, but give me a minute, and I’ll be wagging my tail and following you everywhere. Whether it’s cozying up for a movie night, exploring the neighborhood on a leash, or just being your best little buddy, I’m ready to give my whole heart to someone special. Could that someone be you? Let’s meet soon—I’ve got a lifetime of love waiting just for you! Grant's adoption fee is $275.
