Apply at www.doggiedetour.org Angel was surrendered by her owner to a local shelter. He says she was a Shihtzu /Chihuahua, 15 yrs old and had never been to a vet. That said she looks like a Chihuahua/ Yorkie is 7 1/2 lbs and can jump on the bed like a gymnist. I find it hard to believe she is that old. I would have guessed maybe 8- 10. Angel seems to have been pee pad trained. She is a little to shy at first but then will follow you around. She is now up to date, spayed, and has had a dental. We are looking for someone to spoil her rotten

Story
Cola is a senior dog looking for a forever home. I have had her all of her 12 years, and the season has come that I can no longer support her needs. I am a nurse working 2 jobs, and am almost never home. Cola is not doing well in her crate while I’m gone (having potty accidents and constant barking). She doesn’t act this way when she is with people, but my youngest child is in high school, and my Cola’s separation anxiety has peaked. She’s a sweet, tiny dog that just loves humans. She’s kind and courteous to all the animals I have (including guinea pigs), and adores laps, big or small! She deserves more attention and more love than we have to give her right now. Please consider adopting my sweet girl and giving her (and you!) plenty of laughs, lap time, and smiles in her remaining years.

My dog is absolute joy to be around he;s very loyal and very loving, he loves children he loves cats but he has a lot of anxiety and he also needs a place to run, he needs a yard, I live in an apartment upstairs and I am 55 years old I am not able to take him out and do exercise like I am supposed to with him, I just feel like its not right for me to keep him in the environment where I I know he could flourish with another family that had the space for him, he is a very picky eater I mostly feed him chicken and shredded cheese, he does not like dog food if you;re not willing to buy the chicken breast and shredded cheese certain treats for him it will not be a good fit, he definitely needs love Im definitely not going to rehome him to anyone that I cant come and visit, I;m only doing this because I want him to have a free life where he can run and be outside and be happy, we will discuss the fee I have it that high because I need someone committed to taking care of this loving animal
