Peanut is a 4lb, 2-year-old Chihuahua mix looking for her forever home. She is great with kids, very friendly with other dogs, but has not been around cats. When she isn’t playing, Peanut loves to snuggle up next to her foster siblings and will lay on her foster brother when she sleeps. Peanut is working on learning how to walk on a leash and only potty outside. One thing she does NOT like is the cold. Peanut is also working on becoming more comfortable in her crate, but right now she is not a big fan. She tends to cry when put into her crate because she would much rather be with her humans. Peanut would love to follow you around the house and cuddle up with you for hours. If you are looking for a perfect little lap dog, Peanut might be the girl for you! Fill out an application to meet Peanut ASAP! All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Age: 2 years Adoption Fee: $400

Story
Tank is 10 years old with no health concerns. He has been the only pet since I got him as a puppy so I’m unsure if he would be ok around other pets. He does not do well with children which is the reason for needing to find him a new good home. He is an anxious dog and is used to a quiet home to relax in. He enjoys a good walk when weather is nice, plays tug of war with his favorite toy, will let you know when he hears someone near his house, and will nap the day away if you’re away.

Meet Buzzard (aka Buzzy)! This almost 1-year-old, 13-pound chihuahua mix is a sweet but cautious little guy. Buzzy came from a hoarding situation, so he takes his time to warm up to new people and environments. Once he feels comfortable, though, he’s all about giving kisses! Buzzy loves other dogs, no matter their size. His current cuddle buddy is an 80-pound dog! A home with a friendly dog companion and a secure fenced yard would be the perfect match for him. He’s making great progress with housebreaking and is crate-trained, but he still has some puppy behaviors, like chewing on shoes and paper, so he'll need an adopter who is patient and ready to help him continue learning. Buzzy hasn't met kids or cats, and because he’s unsure about loud noises and fast movements, a home with older children or no children is best. Buzzy is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. His adoption fee is $300.
