This little bundle of cuteness is a petite Chihuahua, weighing in at less than 5 pounds and is about 2-3 years old.    Margie comes to us from a kind person who had a bit too many pups to care for. She’s used to being around small dogs, so having a buddy in her new home would be a bonus, but it’s not a must. As long as she’s showered with love and snuggles, she’ll be a happy little girl.    True to the Chihuahua nature, Margie adores cozying up under blankets no matter the weather. If you ever need to find her, just look for a little lump – that’s our Margie!   While she’s not leash-trained yet, she has a wonderful fenced yard in her foster home to play in. Margie does prefer using potty pads since that's what she’s used to, so just a heads-up if you’re considering welcoming her into your home. She has been around kids aged 12 and up and has been a total sweetheart, curling up in their laps and showering them with kisses!   Speaking of kisses, Margie is a pro at giving them, so if you’re looking for a loving companion, she might just be the perfect fit! She enjoys treats and is motivated by food, but honestly, her favorite thing to do is snuggle with you. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.I have been trying to post this little boy for more than a week and just do not know what to say about his breed.  His mother is an 11 pound, 4 year old Chihuahua.  She was picked up from the streets after giving birth in a field.  I got her and the 2 boys when they were just 1 week old.  They have been in my home thriving greatly. Since momma was out in the streets we do not know who daddy is, sorry.  Bobby is 4.6 pounds and 9 weeks old.  He does favor mom.  He is 2 pounds lighter than his brother Boots.  I have included a picture of mom. They play constantly and love when I let them out of the puppy play pen to play with the bigger dogs.  They run zoomies all around the living room.   These are very very good and loving puppies and should make great family pets whatever they are mixed with. Both boys have had 2 vaccinations and due their 3rd one next week so they will come fully vaccinated, neutered, dewormed and microchipped.  They are too young right now for a rabies. We transport to most state across the country.  Thank you for looking. Story
Ziggy is a lover boy who would love to have a home with you.  He gets along with all of the dogs in my home and plays very well.  He is completely crate and potty trained.  When you tell him to 'Go Home' he puts himself in his crate and telling him to 'Go Potty' he will run outside.  I have not left him alone in the home while I am running errands because he always puts himself in his crate.  He will eat with the other dogs but he likes to eat in his crate.  He does not have any food or any other aggression. Ziggy was an owner surrender from someone who had him all of his 3 years.  The owners living situation changed and she could keep him any longer.  When he first came to me he was very scared and confused which was understanding.  I completely left him alone so he could get use to his new environment, the dogs and me.  After 2 days he came up to me giving me kisses and he has been my best friend every since. On the day of surgery, he was nervous but he allowed the vet tech to handle him and he was so relieved to see me on pick up time.  Once he gets use to you, he is an excellent pet and no maintenance on a daily basis. Ziggy is 3 years old, weighs 8 pounds and a long haired Chihuahua that would need to be groomed about every 3 months.  If you are interested in adopting him, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. Sadly having to rehome this lil girl. 4 yr old chihuahua terrier mix. Located in buffalo area. She’s a great dog. She’s the biggest sweet heart once gets to know ya. Good w other dogs once introduced properly. Good w kids if all ages. She’s gets anxious when over stimulated. She is reactive on leash to other dogs and people especially when walking w her main human, not as bad with other but still a lil reactive: she barks when new people come into house or close. Takes a lil bit for her to calm and be introduced properly and a few times before she will get used to them coming around. I rescued her after seeing her thrown from car at 5weeks: she’s been my savior thru many surgeries. Unfortunately due to medical and financial circumstances I have to go stay w friends for I don’t know how long and she isn’t able to go with. I’ve been trying everything to find her a temporary home or permanent home. I have now til the weekend. Please if interested in meet and greet let me know. Thank you:
