Such a beautiful lil boy with a big Personality- Benson is now ready for his forever home! Benson came from a situation were he was not very socialized and adapted quickly. He is VERY affectionate, Loves to play and is ready to live out his best life. In typical Chihuahua fashion, he thinks he is bigger than he is nad LOVES to play with the bigger dogs in our care... and he LOVES to be brushed- it is his favorite time of the day and usually falls asleep. (it's adorable, actually)

Boone is part of apir that came in together, however they are not bonded. Boone has been working on his socializing and will need someone with patience to help him overcome his fears- He has made progress, but it has been slow. He does love to play with other dogs and seems to warm up to them quickly. Once he does trust a human, he is very sweet and loving. Boone is a long haired chihuahua however, was shaved due to matting from neglect. His silver colors led us to believe he was older- however, we were surprised to see those beautiful clean teeth showing his age as young. He is actually VERY playful and would love someone who can teach him that not all humans are bad. Hes got a very big heart in that little body

This little cutie is Chico! Chico came to us as an owner surrender from an elderly couple that could no longer care for him. He is very social, loves people, cuddling on your lap, playing with toys, and enjoys wrestling around with other dogs! Chico has been receiving daily walks and walks very well on leash. He knows sit, sit pretty, stay, is crate trained, and mostly house trained. During down time in his crate, Chico is very quiet and loves to look out a window. We are unsure about children and cats at this time as he has not been exposed to them. Chico is a 6 month old Chihuahua mix, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, on monthly prevention and neutered. Chicos ideal family would be active, not gone long hours, and a canine friend for companionship. *Please note that all meet and greets are during our open hours or you may request an appmt by e mailing adopt@parpets.org . Finlan is such a cutie bear! He is estimated to be about a year old and weighs 10 pounds. Finlan is just a young boy who is quite shy and needs a special someone to give him a forever home. He is very scared at the moment and takes time to warm up to new people and environments, but once he knows you, he is very sweet and loving. He really needs someone to rely on for comfort and guidance. Finlan enjoys being close to his favorite people and receiving lots of pets, especially if you are talking sweetly to him. He will need an adult only, calm, quiet, more predictable type home where he can relax and be himself. Finlan is a flight risk due to his underconfident, easily scared nature, but with time, patience, and love, he will be the most loving companion. A solid containment plan will be very important while he is adjusting to his new home and environment. If you can offer Finlan the loving home he needs, he promises to return your love tenfold!
