Hey Pack, it is me, Pepper. I am a 2-year-old Chihuahua girl who loves to clown around. I just love people and want to make them laugh. 8-22-24 UPDATE: Little Pepper has been limping. After a visit to Tomahawk Animal Hospital we discovered from xrays that she will need an FHO surgery. So at this time she is on a medical hold. Thank you to everyone who has applied for her and we will keep you posted. An FHO, or femoral head ostectomy, is a surgical procedure that aims to restore pain-free mobility to a diseased or damaged hip by removing the head and neck of the femur (the long leg bone or thighbone). A 5-7 year old long haired chihuahua looking for her forever home! Tarot was rescued from a horrific hoarding house/ neglect situation. Her and many other dogs were left abandoned in a small trailer home with no food or water and were living in mountains of trash. They nearly starved to death, luckily we were called to the scene and got them out in time. Tarot is now a healthy weight and ready for the next chapter of her life. Tarot gets along well with other dogs in daycare playgroups, however she LOVES human cuddles and when she's getting attention she doesn't really like to share her human with other dogs. So she would prefer to be an only dog to keep all the snuggles to herself. She is doing great on kennel training. I got Milo from a co-worker back in 2016. She was getting married and needed to downsize on pets. He was her latest one, so he was the easiest to let go of. He is a great dog and I have loved him for almost 10 years. My young nieces use to let him lay in the bed with them, they would crawl in his cage when he tried to get time away, and they loved to pet him. He allowed it all with no issues. For the most part he has been the only dog. For about two years we had a second dog in the home. Milo did not want to be bothered at first because the dog was young and very playful. Milo is chill and doesn't do a lot of running around. He enjoys being brushed, scratched, and petted. I have not had any health issues with him. The only issue is that if you let his hair grow long, he sheds bad. I try to keep his hair cut as low as possible to decrease the amount of shedding.
