Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello, my name is Bo, but you can call me Mr. Wonderful or something else but don't call me late for dinner. Are you ready to meet me? I'm a wonderful dog that likes going outside and for walks. I need a fenced in yard because I like to chase things like the bunny that is usually in my neighbor's yard.  I don't think I would like living with rambunctious kids, but adults with a quiet home would suit me well. If you want to sit back and watch TV, I'm right there sitting next to you. I like treats and I’ve loved going to doggie daycare to make new friends. I’ve also worked with the trainer to learn some new skills, I’m happy to do anything for a treat! Bo's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives.  If you would like to meet Bo, please submit an adoption application through our website Adopthope.org.  Last Hope requires that adopters have a history of having kept animals as indoor pets only, altered and kept current on vaccinations and preventatives. Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 6:20 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Introducing Gigi! What's not to love about this darling little 4 pound wiggle butt? She wakes up every morning, happy as can be and full of energy! She loves being carried around and insists she lay her head on you whenever you're sitting nearby. She needs a little time to warm up to new people, but after that she is your best friend! She would love to have another little dog to play with and gets super excited whenever the leash comes out because that means she gets to go on walks. She walks perfectly and loves being outside. She also enjoys lounging in her dog bed where she can dig and hide under all the blankets. She may need a sign saying "don't step here" because she will completely bury herself in the bed. With her being so tiny, she would be best suited in a home with no large dogs or small children that do not understand they may hurt her. She will also require a securely fenced in back yard. Gigi's adoption fee is $250 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations and prevention, plus a free basic obedience training class at Cedar Run #2 in Hiawatha. Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor only pets and that adopters have a history of keeping their pets altered and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Our adoption process includes background and reference checks, a vet history check, and a home visit. If you would like to meet Gigi, please fill out an adoption application for consideration on our website, adopthope.org. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 7, 2024, 1:42 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Chichi! She is a very laid back and friendly dog who loves everyone she meets. She spends most of her day laying on the window bench and watching what's going on. She will especially be sure to let you know when other dogs are walking by! Chichi loves going for walks and would like a home that will give her lots more of them as she still needs to lose a little weight. She enjoys being picked up and put on the couch to cuddle and receive belly rubs, as her little legs don't want to jump that high. She does not mind the other little dogs she lives with because in her eyes human attention is WAY better. Chichi will need a securely fenced in back yard where she can run around and explore! Every time she goes out, she just wants to run and run and find all the new smells out there. She is really just a perfect laid back little girl.   Chichi's adoption fee is $250 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations and prevention, plus a free basic obedience training class at Cedar Run #2 in Hiawatha. Story
Miss Reeses! At about 9 years of age, all she's looking for is a couch to sunbathe on, a lap to get loving on, and someone to give ALL of her love to! Reeses gets along well with other dogs, cats, and even kids who are gentle! Her favorite past-times are definitely naps, spurratic zoomies, collecting toys in her kennel, and wiggles-incessant wiggles whenever her favorite person gets home. She's been absolutely flourishing in her foster home, gaining the much-needed weight, and she's up to about 8 pounds! We know she will continue flourishing in most loving homes looking to add a senior companion into it!

Story
Little Skittles is probably the most personable little girl we've ever met! As she's been flourishing in her foster home, we've found out some adorable quirks, other than her big ol' baby eyes! Skittles LOVES zoomies across the bed, and they're definitely one of her favorite past times, annndd just about the only exercise she looks for these days, at about 8 years old. Other than your typical tussling playtime with her other 4 pawed foster siblings. Skittles is your laid back, love bug, lap dog that you've been yearning for, that's for sure! She enjoys all things people, and will absolutely ADORE being your companion forever and ever!

Story
Peanut is exactly that, a tiny little peanut! She only weighs in around 4 pounds at about 4 years old, and while she's been in foster gaining a bit of weight to get back to her most healthy-self, we've learned quite a lot about her! Nuzzling up in blankets is always on her bucket list, and it goes without saying, playing with other pooches is another activity she can never pass up on! But of course, you can't find a tiny dog like her that will turn down sun bathing, either! Peanut has been thriving in the care of her foster home, and opening up more and more everyday! At the point she's at currently, we know she will thrive in most loving homes, especially those she's able to be the perfect lap dog in!
