You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello, my name is Bo, but you can call me Mr. Wonderful or something else but don't call me late for dinner. Are you ready to meet me? I'm a wonderful dog that likes going outside and for walks. I need a fenced in yard because I like to chase things like the bunny that is usually in my neighbor's yard.  I don't think I would like living with rambunctious kids, but adults with a quiet home would suit me well. If you want to sit back and watch TV, I'm right there sitting next to you. I like treats and I’ve loved going to doggie daycare to make new friends. I’ve also worked with the trainer to learn some new skills, I’m happy to do anything for a treat! Bo's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives.  If you would like to meet Bo, please submit an adoption application through our website Adopthope.org.  Last Hope requires that adopters have a history of having kept animals as indoor pets only, altered and kept current on vaccinations and preventatives. Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 6:20 pm

Story
Scooby the doll, is looking for nothing more than patience, love, companionship, and cuddles. At about a year old, somehow this guy is pretty chill; but definitely has the moments of zoomies, jumps, runs, dances, and chases, at about 8 pounds, that's no biggie! Although Scooby is pretty shy when it comes to strangers, at first; he never fails to warm up, and indulge in all the love they've got to offer, ALWAYS reciprocating with plenty of kisses! He' done just that as he begins to flourish in his amazing foster home - here he is showing more and more growth, and learning to be comfortable in all sorts of situations. If I were to guess where Scooby's happy place would be, once home, and comfortable; it'd be cuddled right up next to someone he loves, and napping under a blanket, content as can be. Scooby LOVES other dogs, especially those around his size, ignores cats, and is occasionally intimidated by loud, fast moving young children/loud noises. This sweet boy seems to have all of his basic skills accounted for, including his ADORABLE puppy dog eyes. We think Scooby will do amazingly in just about any home willing to provide the time, patience, and understanding for his adjustment. Especially considering his genuine sweetness, and understanding of the basics!

Story
Milton is the perfect companion dog; his favorite thing in his day to day is simply snuggling up on a lap, as he sighs, and gives all the kisses he can. You could say that I'm biased towards Milton (I absolutely am, He is far beyond perfection) but he is the perfect dog for anyone looking for a more laid-back, relaxed, and loving Chihuahua. This little man gets to spend most days out in the lobby with me, on my lap, or sleeping peacefully on my desk; he is the best. Inviting Milton onto your lap is the greatest thing ever to him, and the best way to his big heart. I am a true believer in there not being a single dog like him, as he's far past adorable, far past sweet, cuddly, snuggly, and the loviest little bug, EVER! Not to mention, all he really asks for in return is a bit of exercise, and for you to love him just as much in return! At about 5 years old, he weighs in somewhere around 11 pounds, making him the ultimately perfect, portable size for just about any lifestyle! Milton does great around other dogs of similar size, but he also does amazing with bigger dogs, he just makes it clear when he wants some space. We've also cat-tested him so that you don't have to, and he did great! Milton does great with kids who are gentle, and calm. If you're on the hunt for literally the bestest boy in the whole world, he is it! You may have noticed Milton's lack of a lower mandible. It was surgically removed prior to making his way to us to remove the cancerous cells that were growing on his bottom lip area. Without a lower jaw - he doesn't let it hold him back at all! In fact, he is extremely resilient and can do everything normally!
