My dog, Brutus, is a rescue dog I adopted about 2 1/2 years ago. At the time I didn't know he was reactive towards men and other pets, but I kept him anyway because I am a widow that lives alone so it didn't matter to me. He would do well with a woman that lives by herself and is retired or works part time so he is not alone too long everyday. He is totally house trained. When I have to leave him for 5 hours he doesn't damage anything. He is well behaved but he prefers women. He would be easy to get socialized with patience and a lot of treats.

Archilles came to us as an owner surrender- his owners ( in Georgia) had 4 of these cutie pies- the first 2 came to us and a few weeks later Archilles came in with his sister Archianna. He is super sweet, lovable and cuddly!! He is just a baby still about 4 months so he needs normal puppy training but he is sure to make someone or a family super happy for years to come. Meet Gizmo 🐾 Gizmo is a handsome 1-year-old boy that weighs in at 18 pounds. Gizmo is VERY high energy and will need an active family and, ideally, a sturdy playmate! 🐶 He is very good with other dogs, but he is still very much a puppy and needs to learn to respect "personal space" 🫣. His favorite hobbies are running in the yard and keeping a collection of chewies. 🦴 He very much loves to be around his people, but takes a long moment to settle into new situations. Small children seem to be a lot for him, so a family with older children would be best. Kima is thriving in foster care! This 5-year-old, 8-lb pup is spayed, UTD on vetting, and loves attention. She enjoys playing with her foster's small dogs and thrives with canine companionship. While she’s mostly good with cats, she may chase if they run. Kima is still fearful of the leash and working on potty training. Having spent her life in a pen with 35 dogs, she’s now discovering the joys of indoor living—chewing included! She needs a patient home, ideally with another small dog, and someone who appreciates her happy, puppy-like energy. Sure, Foxy is a girl's name, but this senior guy doesn't care. He arrived to our rescue with the name. Foxy is a 13 year old, 8 pound Pomeranian mix. He has cataracts which make him nearly blind. This fella is fine with all the other dogs at the rescue, but we're certain he'd enjoy a calmer, quieter home. Foxy has been neutered, vaccinated, and is heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $50. Poor little Tater. He was surrendered to a shelter in North Florida an transported to our rescue. He was adopted for less than a month until her adopter injured her leg causing her to be unable to care for him so she recently returned him. Now Tater Tot is afraid that he'll be abandoned so he follows his foster mom everywhere. This little 10 lb, 10 year old dog a ts like a puppy when leashed for a walk so his "pulling on the leash" is something that we're working on. Due to cataracts, he has some vision loss. Tater Tot has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. He's current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Tater's adoption fee is $50.
