Story
LeAnne is a blonde female Chihuahua, Short-Haired mix and Yorkshire Terrier mix. She is approximately 1 year old. LeAnne is a sweet but very shy girl. She is going to take time to warm up to new people and adjust to her new home. LeAnne has only been around adults so we don't know how she does with kids. She is good with other dogs and enjoys running around and playing with them. She loves to play with toys and run around the yard. She is a big chewer and will need harder chew toys or ones without stuffing as she loves to make Christmas every day of the year. LeAnne is a great climber and jumper, you will find her on the table or trying to climb a tree. So if you want to train an agility dog look no more this girl will be fantastic! LeAnne, can also be a calm girl and enjoys laying on soft things or beds and she does enjoy laying next to you to get love. She does good with her house training and goes outside about 3x a day. For more information on how to adopt, please call the shelter to see if this pet is still available for adoption. Then come to the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 10:30-6 Tuesday – Friday and 10:30 – 4 on Saturday (closed 1-2 for lunch and last Friday of every month).

Story
Cocoa is a great small dog. He loves to sit in a chair with you. He is crate trained and house trained. He is very smart and learns quick. He is 10 years old but acts much younger. I have 2 small dogs and he runs and plays like a young dog. He will let you know if someone is at the door. Cocoa is a great companion. He was my sister's dog she passed away and I took him so that he didn’t go to a shelter. Because I already have 2 dogs I cannot keep him. So if anyone can please open their heart to give Cocoa a loving home it would mean so much to him and me. Thank you in advance ❤️

Story
Unfortunately, Jelly’s owner became ill and was unable to care for him. Another family member took over but he was also unable to care for him and brought him to the Oasis. Jelly is estimated to be around 7-8 years old, so technically a senior but he almost certainly has another 10 years left in him. He’s about 9 lbs as well. He’s good with other dogs but prefers to be with calmer dogs as he can get overwhelmed by more rambunctious ones. He’s good with cats as well and would likely do well with slightly older children who won’t overwhelm him either. Unlike most chihuahuas, he doesn’t bark at strangers and is more than happy to be picked up by anyone. He also appears to be house trained and hasn’t had any accidents or marked around the house. He’s also got the silliest little bark/howl! He is microchipped, vaccinated, and will be heartworm tested and neutered on April 17th. The cost is included in his adoption fee
