Story
Welcome Liberty to CCPAL Rescue. Liberty is a 7-week old Chihuahua mixed pup. She has a fluffy coat and may be a Schnauzer or mini Terrier mixed in. She is adorable. She is the middle sized girl in this litter. She is active, inquisitive, social and very sweet. She likes being held and is good with the siblings in this litter. She goes on a wee pad and because of a very nice family they have some small toys that they like playing with. Liberty is small enough to travel with you in a doggy carry case. She isn’t too vocal at the moment but she is a Chihuahua so we do suspect she will be moderately vocal. She will be a small dog full grown. She should be 10 lbs or less. She is getting her second Distemper vaccine and will get her 3rd before she is spayed and ready for her forever home. She would be best with children over 8 due to her small size and trust in humans not to hurt her. She would also be best in a home where the person doesn’t work away from home 8 hours a day because she will need to finish her puppy training and be socialized regularly to keep the great personality she now has as an adult. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Welcome Victory to CCPAL Rescue. Victory is a 7-week old Chihuahua mixed pup. She has a flat coat and looks like an Apple Head Chihuahua. She is adorable. She is the smallest sized girl in this litter. She is more subdued, inquisitive, social and very sweet. She has a patch of hair on her neck that runs the opposite direction. Looks a little like a ridgeback ridge. She is small with small feet and will be a small dog full grown. She likes being held and is good with the siblings in this litter. She goes on a wee pad and because of a very nice family they have some small toys that they like playing with. Lollipop is small enough to travel with you in a doggy carry case. Story
Meet Bennie, a super sweet ~4 year old neutered male chihuahua mix, weighing about 12 lbs. This little guy is shy and nervous at first, but he warms up quickly and is an absolute love bug who loves to give kisses! He is good with other dogs and good with people. We recommend older kids 8+ who know to respect a dog's space (due to his small size and his shyness). He has been exposed to a cat in his foster home, and loves to play with her - would be fine with dog savvy cats/cats that enjoy playing. From Bennie's current foster: "Bennie has been an absolutely joy in the home. Although he took an hour or so to warm up to me, once you've gained his trust, you will be gifted a lifetime of snuggles and kisses. This boy is as sweet as pie, and his new home will be so lucky to have him. He is so affectionate, loves to play with toys (will grab them on his own to occupy himself), he's smart, and he sleeps great through the night! He is potty trained, but does happy pee a little when you return home because he is excited to see you. He is super fast and loves to play fetch! He would love a fenced in yard so he could sprint around and play all day. Bennie is going to make his new family so happy!!" Bennie is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. Apply to meet this sweet boy today!  ##2207685##

Story
Meet Glory, a super sweet 2 year old spayed female chihuahua mix, weighing about 10 lbs! Glory was heavily pregnant when she was taken into rescue, and she gave birth to 4 puppies just before the 4th of July (Liberty, Patriot, Victoria, and Yankee). Most of her pups have been adopted, and now it's mama Glory's turn to find her furever home! Glory is a shy girl who takes a little time to warm up to new people, but she is very sweet! She is good with other dogs, cats, and people. We recommend older kids 8+ who know to respect a dog's space (due to her small size and nervousness). From Glory's current foster:  "Glory took about 1-2 days to fully come out of her shell, shy and very nervous at first (has the typical chihuahua shakes, tail between her legs) but now is running all over the house, tail wagging, jumping into our laps and arms and wants nothing more than to snuggle in your arms. Playful and loves belly rubs. Has warmed up to the whole house, loves all people and dogs. Quiet as a mouse. Housebroken and crate trained. Just the cutest thing ever." Glory is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. Apply to meet this darling girl today! ##2207699##

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.I have been trying to post this little boy for more than a week and just do not know what to say about his breed.  His mother is an 11 pound, 4 year old Chihuahua.  She was picked up from the streets after giving birth in a field.  I got her and the 2 boys when they were just 1 week old.  They have been in my home thriving greatly. Since momma was out in the streets we do not know who daddy is, sorry.  Bobby is 4.6 pounds and 9 weeks old.  He does favor mom.  He is 2 pounds lighter than his brother Boots.  I have included a picture of mom. They play constantly and love when I let them out of the puppy play pen to play with the bigger dogs.  They run zoomies all around the living room.   These are very very good and loving puppies and should make great family pets whatever they are mixed with. Both boys have had 2 vaccinations and due their 3rd one next week so they will come fully vaccinated, neutered, dewormed and microchipped.  They are too young right now for a rabies. We transport to most state across the country.  Thank you for looking. If interested, please submit an application on our website at www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         November 3, 2024, 9:15 am
