Once adopted, our pets can be transported to Denver, Colorado, the Midwest and all of the north eastern states. 4. We have a Facebook page and an Instagram page. You are welcome to visit to see some of our newly adoptive families. 5. We have been rescuing and transporting pets for 15 years. 6. Our pets do not travel until they have been adopted. If you like dogs that have personality, I am your guy, I will keep you entertained. I am full of love and extremely loyal to my humans. Quirk is 110% pure LOVE. This sweet, affectionate boy is the definition of a velcro dog—he just wants to be by your side as much as possible. Whether he’s snoozing in your lap, following you around the house, or giving all the kisses, Quirk’s favorite place is with his person. A little over 1 year old, he is still learning about the world, but he’s making great progress every day. He’s about 85% potty trained and does best with a consistent schedule and someone who can pick up on his cues (he’ll often get extra kissy when he needs to go out). With a little patience, he’s well on his way. He does great in his crate—sleeping through the night and settling in well when left home alone (although he would much prefer to tag along on your errands!). He’s very sweet, a little goofy, and getting braver each day. He enjoys walks once he gets going, though he can be a bit nervous at first. AND he recently went on his first camping trip! Quirk lives with another dog in his foster home and they love to play, romp in the yard, and even chill in the crate together. He would be happy as the center of attention or with a well-matched dog sibling. He’s been through a lot of changes recently, so slow introductions and time are important. This sweet guy does need to be in a home where someone is around often—work-from-home or retired would be ideal—as he truly just wants to spend time with his people.  If you’re looking for a devoted, loving companion who will be your biggest fan, Quirk is your guy!
