Meet Cherry! This sweet two-year-old black and white spotted Chihuahua mix and has already overcome heartbreak in her short life. Cherry ended up in a high-kill shelter when her owner passed away and their daughter was unable to care for her. Thankfully, she's now safe with a doting foster mom. Cherry is an extremely shy girl who is still learning to trust the world around her. She does well with smaller dogs and loves spending time in her crate, which serves as her safe space. Cherry needs a patient adopter who will let her explore and grow at her own pace. She would thrive in a quiet home with few visitors, as meeting new people can still be overwhelming for her. With time and gentle encouragement, Cherry will blossom into the cuddle bug she's meant to be—a devoted companion who wants to spend all day with her person. Cherry is looking for someone special who understands that the best things take time and is willing to help her come out of her shell. Could that be you?

Peach is a very loving girl,, goes on a pee pad, gets along with other dogs and adult humans. She would be the perfect companion to someone that works from home or is retired. She loves her humans and prefers a calm environment, therefore an adult only family or with older kids (12+) would be ideal. Peach is smart too!!! Guera lives with Mia, a sweet 5-year-old female Chihuahua who’s more of a quiet observer in this little duo. They’ve been housemates for years and make a pretty adorable pair. While they'd love to be adopted together, it’s not a dealbreaker—they’re also okay going solo if needed. They’re looking for a new home because their previous owner, a kind elderly woman with dementia, can no longer care for them. She’s playful once she warms up to you, and while she doesn’t exactly love other dogs, it’s more bark than bite—think passive-aggressive barking matches, not brawls. Mia loves cuddles and will happily curl up with her favorite human once she feels safe and comfy. She’s looking for a new throne because her loving owner, an elderly woman with dementia, is no longer able to care for her. She currently lives with her older Chihuahua roommate, Guera (aka her partner in crime), and while they’d love a retirement home together, they’re also open to going solo.
