Hunny is a very mild mannered girl. She loves to cuddle up, sunbathing, walks and roaming he yard to explore (if there is one). She also doesn't really bark (i.e. visitors, doorbells, knocks on the door, other dogs). She does have a little bit of anxiety from previous experiences before I adopted her from the Humane Society. She loves treats and having wet food in her kibble. She is 13 but is in relatively good health. I have never had any emergency issues. When I am not home, she relaxes in my room, quiet as can be. She loves to be loved.

Dogs are being turned in higher numbers than the shelter can accommodate; therefore, many are losing their lives simply due to a lack of cage space. We are helping get the word out about their immediate need. Please save this deserving pooch and clear a kennel for another dog in need today! This beautiful dog is located in the Moreno Valley shelter. Shelter needs to clear the kennels. They are over capacity, and all available dogs are in urgent need. Copper is the sweetest most snuggly boy ever. Unfortunately his former family ran into an allergy problem with their new infant baby. It's becoming difficult to keep him. His owner has had him since he was a pup. He is great with other dogs, (not so much puppies) people and children. He walks well on a leash and is ok in a car. He loves to sunbath in the back yard , beg for treats and chew on his chew toys. He is a very mellow guy.He is best for a 1 level home with a small back yard . He eats well but doesn't like peanut butter. He does well getting bathed at home or at the groomers. He has been Vetted , Microchipped and Neutered. All Vet records will be provided.He would be great for a senior couple in a manufactured home. He will make a wonderful companion. If you are interested please call Vicky at 760-672-2258. We adopted Phil from a Montana rescue when he was four months old, and he’s now almost a year old. He’s a Chihuahua–Dachshund mix with a sweet, cuddly personality. Phil loves burrowing under blankets, snuggling with his humans, playing tug‑of‑war, and squeaky toys. Phil completed a puppy training course through PetSmart and learns quickly—he’s a smart little guy who thrives with structure and consistency. He does still need help with socialization. He can be territorial and needs time to warm up to new people and other dogs. Because of this, he hasn’t had much socialization outside of our home. He currently lives with an older small dog, and while they get along fine, he would need a slow, patient introduction. Phil isn’t aggressive—just vocal when he’s unsure. He lives in an apartment and is good about letting you know when he needs to go outside. With continued training and patience, he’ll thrive in a home that understands small‑dog quirks and can help him build confidence.

Little Baby Brie had a rough start in life. She landed in the shelter at a few weeks old. She has already undergone a hernia repair and is now ready for her new home. Baby Brie is paper trained, she loves to play with the other dogs. Sometimes though she enjoys a few moments in the sun by herself. Baby Brie must have a yard. She needs a yard to play in as she has a lot of energy. She is young and should not be left alone all day. Some training is always needed with puppies.
