***BONDED PAIR WITH GROMIT*** LONG TERM FOSTER NOTES: "I am currently fostering Wallace and Gromit. Since I'm going to college in August, I would love to find them their forever home. Since being with me, I have seen Wallace and Gromit go from being so fearful of everything to being curious and loving doggies. Wallace is the the most scared compared to Gromit, but he loves being around my dog Dahlia and hanging out with me when I watch tv. He's so sweet and gentle, and deserves to go to a home where he can continue to come out of his shell. Gromit loves his snuggles in front of the fireplace. His favorite activities are hanging out in the sun and playing with his toys. Both Wallace and Gromit have grown quite fond of my big dog Dahlia. The three love playing together and going on in my front yard to bird watch. I'm sad that I have to give them back, but I can't wait for them to come out of their shells and be loving and trusting doggies. I know the family they go to will love them and be patient with them as they start the next chapter in their life." One of two shy brothers who came up from Bakersfield, though were not at all adoption candidates, Basically close to feral upon arrival - they had been trapped.... poor little guys, never had the kindness or comforts of a loving home, or caring people. Wallace and Gromit need to be adopted together....slowly they are coming out of their shells, learning to trust! WE welcome volunteers to come sit with them and offer cheese, hot dogs, tasty morsels....and love!

Meet Luisa! She has quite the personality for a small dog. Luisa would love a home where it's just her and her people. She would love a yard where she can sunbathe and relax in. She needs a single dog home where there aren't many people coming in and out. She has some fear of some (larger typically) men - and does do okay with smaller dogs usually though is possessive of her person, so it is easiest for her to be solo and she will dote on you!

Story
We are looking to rehome our dog, Tina. She has been with us since she was 6 months old and now she is about 9. Tina was born deaf and has had her teeth removed with no issues for about a year now. She eats soft food well. We work long hours and have a four year old and another on the way, so the joy we used to take from spending time with her now feels like a chore. She is is a lovely dog and would do well in any home after a brief "getting to know you" phase. Knows how to use a dog door.

Story
Meghan and her sisters, Missy, Ariana, and Kim were found abandoned in a pile of garbage when they were just weeks old.  They were taken into foster to grow up healthy and happy with proper nutrition and good veterinary care.  When they come to us as babies, they grow to be good-natured, playful, happy and sweet used to interacting with people and other dogs at the foster's house, they generally interact well with people and different sized dogs.  We are naming our pups after musical artists and this girl is named after Meghan Trainor because she is sassy and funny, but it's possible we should have named her Taylor because she's rather 'delicate' in appearance.   She is 11 months old and 11.2  lbs currently.  We think she is a Chihuahua mixed with .... a longer legged dog, like an Italian Greyhound maybe?  We are often not sure of lineage but we think that she will is almost fully grown.  She is sweet and lovely, quite friendly.  She really likes people and other dogs.  She sleeps on a dog bed with the other dogs and is pad trained at the foster's house.  We ask that you forgive the blurry tail photos - it never stops wagging.   Meghan will have her videos posted over at our website:  4dogsfarmrescue.org/Available-dogs.html so scroll down until you see her name so you can watch them.  You can also fill out an application for her while you're there, or email us if you already have an application in and think she is the girl for you!   Meghan will come to you spayed and completely vetted. ADOPTION FEE: $475.00 ##1704959##
