I found Mary two days before the Fourth of July in 2022. I tried to locate her owners for a couple months but was unsuccessful. Mary is a very sweet dog who loves to snuggle in bed at night. She is an indoor/outdoor dog that has been allowed to sleep on the bed and on the furniture in her snuggle bed. She likes a lot of attention and would be a great pet for a retired couple or someone who works from home. She gets a little anxious being alone for too long. She walks nice on a leash, but has room to improve. With more training, she could be a great walker. I have two other dogs, therefore I did not walk her on a leash very much. She likes to play fetch in the backyard. When I found her, the vet figured she was about one years old so she’s probably now going on 3 1/2 years old. She is current on all of her vaccines as of November 2, 2024. She is 17 pounds.. She’s a very loving dog, however where I’m moving is not suitable for a dog. I would love to see her go to a loving home.

He doesn't know cars, but can learn at am early age to live with a cat. He is learning to use a puppy door. Divvy likes to take naps on laps. His birthday is 11/22/23. He and his siblings Trudy and Tino were rescued when their homeless mom was trying to sell them outside a store. Someone bought all the puppies and gave them to the rescue. Toby is fixed, vaccinations to date, microchip and deworm treatment.

MEET COOPER - Cooper is a sweet little guy, He is definitely a Velcro dog. He loves to be with his people and loves to be pet. He is a bit reserved when meeting new people, he lacks full confidence, he is getting more comfortable as he learns humans can be Safe. He is a really good boy. He listens other than the personal space thing. He will go in a crate on his own if he needs to. He hasn’t caused any issues and has been fine sleeping on the bed of his foster parents. He appears long hair chihuahua and something else. Possibly Pomeranian. The google image of him comes up a Kokoni dog from Greece, that breed is not on the option list. Second search comes up Pomchi (Pomeranian and chihuahua) whatever he is he is an absolute doll baby and has tons of personality. Cooper is now Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Fozzie was adopted from a local shelter back in February, when he was just 6 months old. In July, Fozzie's Mom knew something was wrong and took Fozzie to her vet. He was diagnosed with epilepsy and was put on medication. The medication has made a world of difference for Fozzie and he's living large and feeling good. But his Mom is having a hard time. To prevent Fozzie from having further seizures, he must get his two medications three times a day. Keeping Fozzie on this schedule has been challenging for his Mom, and she has decided that it's best due to his medical condition that he be rehomed to a person/family who can more easily and more reliably keep him on schedule. Mac is a young two-year old male black with white furnishings male dog. He is 50% Cattle Dog and 50% German Shepherd - per Embark DNA. He is excellent on leash but has NO recall off leash - he is high energy, with a fabulous personality. Dislikes cats but is bonded to Flea who is a two-year old pure bred Chihuahua(you will have Mac and Flea, not Mac and Cheese). Flea worships the ground that Mac walks on but he also does not allow himself to be pushed around. He lives to sit on someone's lap and be cuddled when he is not following Mac. These two boys were strays and their owner has never been found. It is time for these two gorgeous boys to go to a home where they are loved and appreciated for their temperaments, intelligence and great looks. Mac weighs about 60 pounds and Flea weighs 4 pounds.
