They came to us from a home that found themselves unable to care for an unexpected litter, and theyve spent their early weeks being socialized and loved. Weve made sure these puppies are starting off on the right paw. Every "Dew" pup has already been vaccinated with first vaccines and microchipped. Meet Geri, an absolutely adorable 11 lb, 10-month-old Chihuahua mix who is officially ready to find her forever lap! At less than a year old, this girl needs a new home through no fault of hers. An elderly person wanted a companion, but found that he could not handle a dog at this point in his life, so he needed to rehome her. She's not too energetic at all, and would be an great candidate for a calm environment. She has been around children as young as 3 and 5, and did well as long as they didn't get too rambunctious. Like most small breeds, she appreciates a gentle hand when being patted. It's a big world for them! She is about 80% done with her potty training with potty pads, so that's a bonus! We've given her follow-up vaccinations and and microchipped her, which will be registered to her new owner. She is already scheduled to be spayed on March 31st and can go home the following day.
