Story
If you want a fun sidekick, with the cutest forehead wrinkles, the longest little legs and a nose for adventure, meet Dot! Dot was the tiniest pup in her litter but she made her presence known! Dot was born under a shed to a very sweet abandoned mama chihuahua mix who did a good job of keeping her little babies safe and warm. When mama and her 2 week old puppies were discovered, we brought them to safety where they were raised in a loving foster home. Dot is a confident girl, who loves to learn, is super motivated for treats and its just hard not to look at her and smile or laugh at her antics. She might be a good candidate for agility as she has lots of energy and likes to explore! She loves her walks and we are working on her leash manners. Dot will need a watchful eye as she likes to adventure. Once the wiggles are out, Dot is a world class snuggler and is super affectionate. Dot is crate trained and potty trained in her foster home but as with any new situation, dogs/puppies will have accidents and there will be adjustment period as they learn their new environment.

Story
Meet Evie, a Sweet Senior Seeking Her Forever Home! This adorable 9-year-old mix is looking for a loving family to spoil her rotten! Evie is a total cuddle bug who loves to be near her people. She's blind in one eye from a cataract, but it doesn't cause her any discomfort or medical issues, and she navigates her world with ease! This sweet girl is still full of life and enjoys exploring her surroundings. Evie is housebroken and gets along well with other dogs. She would be a wonderful companion for a family who can give her lots of love and attention. Due to an unexpected job change, I need to move internationally, I am sadly unable to take Evie with me. I am seeking a responsible and loving home for this special girl. If you think you can provide Evie with a happy and comfortable forever home, please contact me at liao.yu.ke@gmail.com or 734-358-2308.

If you would like the first opportunity to adopt, please fill out an application to be considered.   Adoption Fee: $700 Fable – A Playful Tale in the Making!  Every great story needs a spark of adventure, and Fable is ready to bring that excitement into your life! This 3 month old bundle of energy is the definition of full of life—always ready to play, always eager to explore, and always the first to dive into a new adventure. From the moment she entered her foster home, Fable has been a whirlwind of fun, following her people around the house, tail wagging and curiosity shining in her eyes. Her daily routine is a perfect mix of play, meals, naps, and more play! She wakes up bright and early at 6:30 AM, heads outside for a potty break, then fuels up on breakfast before launching into playtime with her sister, Saga, and her foster family’s dog. After a well-earned nap, the cycle repeats at 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and by 9:30 PM, it’s bedtime in her crate—though she’d probably prefer to keep playing! Fable’s favorite things? Toys, toys, and more toys! She especially loves chew toys and is always eager to chase after anything that moves. She’s never met a stranger—every person, dog, and even inanimate object is a potential new friend. While she’s full of energy, she’s also incredibly friendly and eager to learn, making her a wonderful companion for an active family. Raising a Puppy Like Fable Fable, like all young puppies, is still learning the ropes of being the perfect family dog. She’s crate trained and working on potty training (though puppy pads are more like toys to her right now). She’s also discovering the world of manners—learning when to bark (and when not to), what’s okay to chew, and how to respect older dogs. Her ideal home? A family who is ready for fun! She thrives in an active environment where she’ll get plenty of playtime, training, and love. If you’re looking for a puppy who will keep you on your toes, fill your home with laughter, and ensure there’s never a dull moment, Fable is the one for you! Adopting a Puppy – What to Expect Raising a puppy is an exciting and rewarding journey, but it also takes patience, consistency, and lots of love! Fable and Saga are both playful, social puppies who are eager to learn, but they still need guidance as they grow. Their new family should be ready to: Provide training and structure – They’re still learning about potty training, leash walking, and basic commands.Give plenty of playtime – These girls have energy to burn and will thrive with daily exercise and mental stimulation.Teach good manners – Like all puppies, they’re still figuring out what’s okay to chew, when to bark, and how to interact with other pets and people.Shower them with love – Whether it’s playtime, belly rubs, or snuggles, these puppies are looking for a family to adore! If you’re ready to start an unforgettable adventure with Fable or Saga, we’d love to hear from you. One of these sweet girls might just be the perfect new chapter in your family’s story!  Fable is only an option for a home that has had a dog in the last 5 years. If there are children in the home they need to be over the age of 7 years.February 7, 2025, 11:11 am

Tripod #Tripawd #Tripaw &#226&#173&#144&#239&#184&#143 Adopt Jackson, The Cutest Tripod &#226&#173&#144&#239&#184&#143 Lovingly called Jack, Jack is an 18-pound, 3-year-old dog. DNA test pending. Jack is eager to learn and is currently in a board-and-train program. He is crate and potty-trained. He is currently learning basic manners, commands, and socializing while living with a trainer in a home with her two dogs and a cat. Jack has had a difficult and challenging journey. He was surrendered to Every Pet's Dream Rescue in great pain. His backstory is unknown. Our vets did everything they could to help him, but unfortunately, after his first surgery failed, his back leg had to be amputated. Jack can be vocal at times when startled and was most likely not socialized as a puppy. He is currently working on these fears. While at the rescue, Jack learned to adapt as an amputee, his new living situation with several other dogs and a cat. While here, he became besties with two little rescue dogs. Jack is energetic, likes to play with little dogs, loves to play fetch, go for short walks, and settle in on the couch for a cuddle or snuggle. Jack loves the simple things in life, like belly rubs, ear scratches, lots of stuffed toys, and people. Jack would do best as an only dog or a home with a small, playful dog. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Jack is a sweet, loyal, and loving companion. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Jack is searching for a foster home or foster-to-adopt when he graduates from training at the end of the year. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 If you're looking for a new best friend, Jack might be the dog for you! Story
Leia is a friendly, full-of-personality dog who loves attention and loves to explore. Energy Level?  Medium/Low House trained?  Yes, mostly Describe how they are on leash?  Leia is mostly fantastic on a leash--she can bark at other dogs, and prefers a sniff walk (i.e very slow exploration) over a walk for exercise. Describe how they are with other dogs?  She needs to take a bit of time to relax around new dogs. She is a bit bossy and would not do well with dogs that will not back off if she needs space. Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they?  She does not appear to have been around cats too much. Commands they know?  Sit What are their favorite things?  Leia loves attention. She loves her sniff walks and cuddling up on the couch with a person. What do they need to work on?  Leia would benefit from more basic training (like come, stay, etc.). She can also be overly anxious when meeting new dogs. In addition, she can resource-guard her toys (or anything she deems as hers, like a stray sock or one of her jackets or blankets). How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone?  She can be anxious when left alone, even with other dogs. She might whine for a bit and scratch the door. I have left her alone for 6 to 7 hours at a time so far. Where do they sleep?  She sleeps in a dog bed or a crate. What is their ideal home?  Leia's perfect home would be where she gets a lot of attention (or at least can be close to her human when they are home). She loves going for slow sniff walks every day or a few times a day. She is delightful and loving but likes being the boss with other dogs. Her ideal home would not have dogs who are too 'in her face', but she does get along well with calm dogs after a proper slow introduction. November 5, 2024, 12:10 am
