They love to bounce around together, explore their surroundings. and then settle in for cozy cuddle time. These two would thrive in a patient, loving home where they can continue to build confidence and feel safe. Whether adopted together or separately, they are sure to bring endless warmth, laughter, and companionship. If you're ready to open your heart to these tiny treasures, Delores and Penny are waiting to meet you! SWEET PEA — LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL HOME UPDATE: Sweet Pea has been in a foster home for a few weeks. She enjoys the homelife. She even sleeps on her foster mom's bed and allows a minimal amount of touching. That's a huge step for Sweet Pea.  Sweet Pea didn’t get the gentle start every dog deserves. She came to us pregnant from a hoarding situation with extremely poor living conditions. With no socialization in her past, strangers are overwhelming for her, and trust is something she gives very slowly. But beneath her fear is a truly tender soul. Sweet Pea now gets excited when she sees the people she knows, and she’ll carefully give little hand kisses — her way of saying “I’m trying.” She **wants** affection, but she’s still learning how to accept it. Sweet Pea needs a quiet, patient home with someone who understands that progress comes in small steps. She’s not ready for cuddles or handling yet, but with time, consistency, and compassion, she will continue to blossom.
