Old Yeller, is that a new trend? Old stuff made NEW?? Cause I am NOT old, although I am Yeller, a really pretty YELLER COLOR!!! :) I am a Yeller Chesapeake bay retriever/ YELLER lab mix, it is important for my new family to know about the Chesapeake bay breed. We can be very stubborn, smart and independent and I really like to be in charge, so my new family needs to be strong leaders too. I am a handsome bloke, with swirls of yellow and white all through my coat. I am very smart and very sweet. I can from a high kill shelter with no hope- Now I EXUDE hope!! And LOVE!!! I WAS heartworm positive but have already finished the treatment and am NEGATIVE and just stay on prevention for the rest of my life. I am good with other dogs, but really would be best in an only dog home, cause I want all the attention :) I LOVE MY people and I tend to take "control" of my home so have to have a couple of things... 1) STRONG leadership owner, 2) I have to have an owner who will be wiling to not let me meet everyone who visits.. I want to protect my home a little too much... and 3) I have to stay in the San Antonio/TX area so my rescue friends can keep close tabs on me and how i am doing :) I have been running and playing since I am safe, but really am a couch potato. I am a bigger boy and about 65-70#. Look me up, get my number, text or call me OR just APPLY to ADOPT ME!!! I will be waiting by the phone!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

This is Paisley! She is a 1.5 year old chocolate lab/doberman mix. She is spayed and up to date on shots. She is crate and potty trained as well. Paisley is the biggest lover! She wants all the snuggles and attention and has an energy tank that takes a while to empty! She has been living with another dog, two cats, and a 1 year old child and does great with them all. We also frequent Paws and Pints where she has made tons of dog and human friends! I have had Paisley for about a year and I am deciding to rehome her as I will be moving from a house with a big backyard, to an apartment and she will need more exercise than I can accommodate with my schedule. I think she would do great in a home with a large fenced in yard, or an outer city property with room for her to run. No rehoming fee applies but I do want to ensure she is going to the right home so I would love a meet and greet before making final commitments if possible!

My Shadow follows me wherever I go!! That is a little disconcerting, however.... I move fast to see if he can keep up with me :) It is fun to try to outsmart him and it does help me wear me out :) I love me some playtime! Toys, ropes, tug of war time and running are keeping me active to fulfill my Whippet nature and my LAB nature too!! Looky at my face and tell me you don't want to share your WHOLE life with me :) I am waiting!!! Looking for a wonderful dog?? Great with all people big and small ;) And other playful dogs... No chickens please, lol, to me they just look like fast food :( Here he is!!! ONLY THE SHADOW KNOWS :) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area. $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)
