Story
Meet Gypsy the Boxador Hello, my name is Gypsy! I am a very friendly and gentle dog who just loves making new friends. I am very affectionate and love getting pets and cuddles. I am also a very playful dog and love to run around and have fun. My curiosity leads me on lots of adventures, and my foster parents say I'm funny and sweet. I'm always very excited to see them! I love spending time with people, but I also enjoy meeting other animals. I'm great with dogs, cats, and children, and I love making new four-legged friends. I walk very well on a leash, and I'm excited to go on lots of walks with my new family. I'm sure that I'm the perfect addition to your family. If you're looking for a young dog who's sweet, playful, and loves everyone, please consider adopting me!" If interested in adopting Gypsy, please fill out the pre-adoption application at savealifepets.org. *weighs 38 lbs* *has loud bark, not a good fit for apartments or condos*

Story
Meet Bennett. He LOVES laying next to us on the sofa! He claimed that spot pretty much right away. Bennett seems to be completely unbothered by thunderstorms and fireworks! Bennett sleeps in his crate beautifully He loves his kennel, eats in there, and goes in when he needs to "get away. He's an adult, so you don't have to worry about him chewing on any of your shoes or furniture. He takes food from you like a proper gentleman and knows basic commands (sit, down, shake. Not so sure about stay - need to try that one). He LOVES treats and, especially the Himalayan yak cheese I give him to keep him occupied for a while. His ears are both adorable and useful as no one is going to launch a sneak attack on you in your house. However, you're also not going to be able to watch Wheel of Fortune without putting it on mute because that bell is going to drive him (and you) nuts. I already had that issue with my own dog so I haven't watched WoF in years. We are working on improving our leash manners and learning that not every dog we see is the devil. I've been training him with hot dogs and he's gotten MUCH better about paying attention to me and expecting the hot dogs while on walks. Somehow, we haven't really encountered other dogs on our walks, recently, but we did see LOTS of cats. I don't know for sure, but I would not classify Bennett as "cat-friendly. Just a feeling I get.... Bennett has come a long way and we're still doing work because I really want to find this sweetie his perfect family!!

Story
Jack is super cuddly, crate and leash trained. He listens well but can get a bit distracted by new sounds. Once you get his attention, he comes back to normal pretty quick. He just needs sometime to warm up but when he does, you will certainly love all of his kisses. We are still working with him to see how he reacts with little children and other pets. He loves playing with his toys, calm enough to go to work with his dad and enjoys car rides. BEST...DOG...EVER! #bulliesarelovable Here's a bio for Jack written by the Richmond Hill High School Creative Writing Club: Who is ready for the Jack Attack? Jack and the Beanstalk? Little Jack Jack? Jack and Jill ran up a hill to fetch a pale of water? OMG! It would be amazing to find an owner named Jill! Okay, okay, I digress. Hi! I'm Jack! You can tell by my profile pic that I will am ready to meet my furever home. It is lonely out here on the open market...let me tell you! :) I am no stranger to dressing up... I look pretty dapper in my suit and tie...ready for a night out on the town with my bae! Where should we go first? What do you like to eat? My favorite is a big ole milk bone slavered in peanut butter with frozen berries and yogurt as dessert! Do any of your favorite spots serve that? Okay, okay, again I am getting a little ahead of myself...as you can tell... I get a little bit distracted, but I will always come running back to you! I am your number one fan! I am your man!
