Story
My name is Chip! I’m sweet like a chocolate chip, and a chip off the old block as my foster mom says! I love people and other dogs! I love to play and I love to snuggle. My perfect home would have another dog that loves to play, like me! I would have someone home often, as my past life still creeps into my brain and makes me feel sad when you are not there. I like car rides and adventure! I would be a good dog to take on vacation with you! If I sound like your next best friend, please apply on the MACS Friends website!January 22, 2025, 10:29 pm

Story
Mia has been in our family for almost 6 years. We rescued her from a humane society when she was just a puppy, so we aren’t 100% what breed she is, but we do know she has lab in her. She is very high energy, loves to be active, and loves anyone who will give her attention. When we first got her, she was our only priority. However, now we have a couple young children and I just feel like we can’t give Mia the attention that she deserves and needs. She does ok with young kids (we’ve never had problems with our toddler and her) however, I think she prefers older kids. We also have another dog, so she does pretty well with other dogs. She is house trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands (like sit, lay down, and stay).
