You might say I’m a little guy with a big heart and an even bigger personality. At just two years old, I’ve been known to charm the socks off anyone I meet, showering them with kisses and soaking up all the attention I can get. I’m always on the move, whether I’m playing with toys, rolling around, or just keeping an eye on what’s happening around me. Now, I’ve got a confession to make—I’ve got a bit of a thing for chasing cats. Yep, you heard that right. If there’s a cat around, you can bet I’ll be barking up a storm, ready to give that feline friend a run for their money. So, if you’ve got a kitty at home, I might not be the best fit for you. But don’t worry, I’m not all bark and no bite! I love playing with people and other dogs, especially if it involves a game of fetch or a good chew on a bully stick or yak cheese bone. And while I’m pretty good with commands like sit and come, I’m still working on my house training, so I’ll need a little extra patience and reinforcement in that department. Now, about that fenced yard situation—I love having the freedom to run around and explore, but I’m small enough to squeeze through some fences if the spacing is too wide. So, a secure yard or a leash and harness combo would be ideal for me. But despite my penchant for mischief and cat-chasing, I promise I’m all love and cuddles. I weigh a perfect 15 pounds and am just 3 years old, making me the perfect companion for many wonderful years ahead. At home, I'm known for my calm and loving nature. I'm a true couch potato who loves to stick close to my people, always eager for some cuddle time. I get along well with dogs of all sizes and enjoy learning from them how to be a part of the family. The other dogs help me feel more secure and confident, so a home with another dog is required. My crate is my safe haven when my people are away or at night, and I'm comfortable staying there without any fuss. I'm almost fully potty trained, especially when kept on a consistent schedule, and I'm a work in progress with leash training. I do need a fenced yard in my forever home as I don’t have it figured out yet. Exploring the fenced backyard is one of my favorite pastimes, and I love riding in the car too! While I haven't shown much interest in toys just yet, I'm very food motivated and absolutely love my treats. Loud noises and overwhelming commotion can make me a bit cautious, so a quieter home without young children would be ideal for me. I'm also learning to curb my barking, which usually happens when I see other dogs through the window or when I'm excited to start the day in the morning. I’m Agatha, a sweet and loving Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. At 4 years old and weighing 15 pounds, I’m the perfect companion size, always ready to snuggle up close to you. At home, I’m a total lovebug who adores people and wants to be as close to you as possible. I live with two resident dogs, and I really enjoy playing with them and snuggling together. I’m also a big fan of spending time outside in the fenced yard, where I love to explore or just lay down and soak in the surroundings. I’m crate trained and comfortable going into my crate to eat or when my humans are away for a few hours. I’m doing great with potty training on a routine. I do bark a little at other dogs or activities happening outside, but it’s nothing too serious—just my way of saying hi. Some of my favorite activities include sitting by my person, running around the fenced yard, and playing with my doggie friends. I’m still working on my leash skills and am making progress, I would thrive best in a home with a fenced yard. I also would like someone who is home most of the day if they don’t have another dog. While I’d probably enjoy having another dog around, it’s not a necessity as long as I have my humans close by.
