Story

Ellie is a wonderful, beautiful and very smart dog. She gets along with other dogs very well, but can be a handful around smaller dogs. She does not know here own size, but dogs her size are just fine. She does not have a bad bone in her body. She loves chewing on her kong, earning her treats. She is leash trained and knows several hand signals. We are still working with her on checking in regularly. She has not been around kids, but cannot imagine that will be an issue with her temperament. Ellie is deaf and has received professional training from On the Ball K9 Training in Denton, TX. She will stay on your side but can get distracted. She will sit and stay when told and is pretty content on her "place" as long as she has some entertainment. She is crate trained and sleeps in a crate. Her favorite activity is going on long walks, but even more, she will play fetch with you until she absolutely wears herself out. And then, once you think she has had enough, she is ready for some more. She loves fetching tennis balls and ropes throws...and will bring them back to you almost all of the time, unless she gets distracted. She will then sit when you tell her and release the toy for another round. Ellie was born mid-2015 and weighs approx 90 pounds. ##628903##

Story

Malibu and her puppies were found in a dumpster, locked in a crate. Despite this horrific event, she and her babes are now being loved and taken care of and are thriving. Malibu is kid friendly. Yay! She can stay out of her kennel at night and has done amazingly well. Her fosters went out to eat and left her out of the kennel and she did great! We are so proud of her. She eats dinner with the foster's dogs and she does great, no food aggression. We are slowly trying new things with her to see how she reacts to it. She loves to play with toys, be pet, play with other dogs. She has been child tested and did great!. I’m so glad she is coming out of her shell. What a transformation, we can't wait to see how she continues to improve. ##2215308##

Travis is an AMAZING pup hwo is quickly learning his puppy manners. He is a mix of black mouth cur/shepherd/lab and he looks like a yellow lab. He has a white spot on his chest and his muzzle is freckled and starting to darken:) The shepherd shows in the gorgeous light gray and black steaks throughout his coat. He is very food and priase motivated and has been so easy to train! He already knows the commands for sit, lay down, shake and satay and is almost complete housebroken. He is content in his crate when needed and has no overnight accidents. Travis is a snuggle bug. He loves being held and will slepp in our arms! Sofia is a playful puppy but also loves to cuddle. She has no idea what personal space is and just wants to be near a warm body. LOL! She will bark at noises but is not aggressive. She sits on command and is smart. Sofia will destroy anything she can pull into her crate, so for that reason, there is only a mattress inside a huge crate where she sleeps at night, if she is being left alone for short periods, a smaller crate is best. She loves toys and anything that breathes. LOL!
