Story
Sarge is a handsome dude from City of McMinnville Animal Control! He's a young mixed breed dog that is ready to WORK! He loved getting to stretch his legs and take in all the sights and smells around the farm. Sarge is very active and will need someone to engage him mentally and physically. He would benefit from some basic obedience work to help with jumping and leash manners. He's an all-around happy guy who needs a job. If you need a companion that's ready for adventure, Sarge is the guy for you! He weighs 50lbs, about 1 1/2yo, & a Catahoula mix. Been in since 2-20-24 & is neutered

Story
We would like to introduce a very special rescue dog to all of you and her name is Pretty Pearl.  Her foster mom says that she has been through fire and back and now she has the character of beautiful PEARL, like in an oyster.  She has  been formed by adversity and yet her spirit is pure sweetness and love.  She has the markings and coloring of a Catahoula mixed with maybe a little Beagle which is what makes her all the more loving and easy going.  At about 5-6 years old and just a perfect medium size at just 40 pounds, she is the perfect companion to someone who lives in a smaller environment like an apartment or a townhouse. She truly has an endearing calmness and mellow approach to life and all the people around her notices this unique quality immediately.  Nothing ruffles her feathers at all.  I take it all in stride and just smooth the edges if needed and keep on going.  This girl is the perfect companion to someone that is in an apartment environment or a townhouse.  She is small, a couch potatoe that will most certainly be an outstanding companion during the winter months when life seems to slow down and cozy companionship is most desired and welcomed.  She was found living outside in horrible conditions and was full of ticks and fleas and very skinny.  Well soon she was introduced to the luxury of an inside lifestyle at her foster home and she has NEVER looked back.  She goes outside to do her potty breaks and rushes right back inside to keep her human fosters company.  Now, if you are outside with her then all is grand.  She is a skilled girl on a leash and if you want a hiking or walking buddy then Pearl is ready to go!   She has had NO accidents in the house since coming to the foster home.  Amazing statistics for a dog that lived outside all her life.  Maybe she truly just feels like being called “Queen” Pearl now.  She sure is being treated like a queen and she wants to stay in that kind of lifestyle.  We think Pretty Pearl will be a wonderful well-kept secret for someone looking for the best companion ever in the world. Pretty Pearl will be the best dog you have ever owned in your life. Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com You won’t regret adopting this girl. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
Introducing Hondo, the loyal and brave companion you've been waiting for! Hondo is a true good boy, showcasing his friendly nature with both people and fellow furry friends. He strikes the perfect balance between confident and respectful, making him a wonderful addition to any household dynamic. While Hondo may be a bit head shy when it comes to leashes, it's a trait rooted in his past experiences - his ears once caused him discomfort. But with patience and understanding, he's slowly overcoming this challenge. This resilience highlights his adaptable nature and willingness to grow. Crate training is a breeze for Hondo, reflecting his cooperative spirit. He's well-versed in the art of sitting and enjoys eating a peaceful meal. These traits make him a joy to train and a promising companion for both new and experienced pet owners. Hondo's ideal home is one that's lively and active, as he thrives in an environment where he can stretch his legs and engage in the joyful act of running. With a strong recall foundation already in place, he's open to further fine-tuning this skill. This warrior-dog's name is music to his ears, and he responds to it with enthusiasm. Though his recall could use a bit more polish, his eagerness to learn shines through. Hondo's adaptable and resourceful nature, coupled with his receptive attitude, make him a loyal partner for all your adventures. If you're seeking a four-legged friend who embodies both resilience and companionship, look no further than Hondo. He's ready to stand by your side and show you the depths of his affectionate heart. Don't hesitate to welcome this valiant spirit into your home! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
