Story
🍖 Meet Yeti “Spaghetti” 🥰 | The Gentle Cuddlebug Yeti came to us in February 2025 from the urgent list at Animal Control after being picked up as a stray with PARVO. He was very sick when he arrived, but this resilient boy pulled through and is now healthy, happy, and almost two years old! At first, Yeti wasn’t sure how to play with other dogs, but now he loves roughhousing and running around with his best friend Bon Jovi, as well as Amber and Mystic. He adores other dogs and playing with them is one of his favorite things! Yeti is calm, curious, and a little timid with new people, so he takes a bit of time to warm up. Once he does, he’s a big sweetheart who loves cuddles, hugs, and kisses. He’s not much for toys yet—he flinches when they’re tossed—but he’s perfect for snuggles and gentle play. He may be a little too timid for homes with young children. Yeti is fully vetted, leash-trained, and ready to find his forever home. He does have a funny little habit of needing to go to the bathroom on his blankets right after eating, but that doesn’t stop him from being the loving, tender-hearted cuddlebug he is! 📍 Location: Cleveland, Tennessee ✈️ Transport: Available to other states 💰 Adoption Fee: $150

Story
Boo is all hound dog in both personality and spirit. She’s curious, busy, and always on the move, taking in the world with nose first and enthusiasm to match. At this stage, she might not always seem overly interested in sitting still for attention. Think of her as the canine version of ADHD. She’s simply got a lot to see, smell, and do. That said, she’s incredibly loyal and spends much of her day as your shadow, moving from room to room just to be near you. Boo is super playful and loves chewing on bones, chasing balls, and keeping herself entertained. When she finally decides it’s time to rest, she’s all about cuddling and will happily settle in close. As a hound and working breed mix, Boo needs space to roam and burn energy. A securely fenced yard is required for adoption, or a home with ample land. Chain link fencing will not work, as she is capable of climbing. Boo would thrive in an active home that appreciates a smart, playful dog who balances independence with loyalty and affectionate downtime. Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to most locations within the continental United States. Please note: We are unable to adopt to residents of Massachusetts at this time. To apply, complete our official adoption application at yourlocalfurmama.com/adoption-application. Petfinder inquiries are not considered applications. Once your application is received, a member of our Adoptions Team will contact you within 2–3 business days.

Story
Roz is our very own Monsters Inc mama, and yes, she is “always watching.” With her wonderfully expressive eyes and her calm, observant nature, she takes her self-assigned role as household supervisor very seriously. Whether she’s perched on the back of the couch or stationed by a window, Roz likes to keep tabs on everything happening in her domain, all while looking endearingly dramatic about it. Behind the intense gaze is the sweetest, most easygoing girl you could ask for. She loves a soft couch, a good nap, and a clear view of the neighborhood happenings. Roz is great with other dogs and isn’t reactive to sights or sounds, making her a peaceful, steady presence in any home. She would thrive with a family that appreciates a gentle companion with a very committed dedication to watching over her people. Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to most locations within the continental United States. Story
Art is a calm, laid-back little guy with a playful side that comes out when he’s with his dog friends. He loves spending time with other dogs and will happily join in on play once he feels comfortable. When things slow down, he’s all about lap time, ear rubs, and staying close to his people. He’s learning to sleep through the night in his crate and is making steady progress with potty training. As a working dog breed, Art needs space to safely explore and burn off energy. A securely fenced yard is required for adoption, or a home with ample land where he can safely roam. Chain link fencing will not work, as he is capable of climbing. Art is a gentle, sweet-natured pup who would thrive in a loving home that enjoys a mix of playful moments, quiet companionship, and plenty of closeness. Story
Meet Bronco! Bronco is an amazing pup, estimated to be between 1–2 years old, and he’s still very much in that playful puppy phase. Curious about everything, he loves exploring the world around him and discovering new sights, smells, and adventures. Bronco gets along wonderfully with other dogs and currently has three foster siblings he enjoys playing and lounging with throughout the day. He is also potty trained, and he is currently working on becoming fully kennel trained. This sweet boy is quite the talker—Bronco loves to express himself with silly grumbles, playful barks, and funny little sounds, especially when he’s excited or vying for attention. He has a big personality and an even bigger heart. While he can be a bit skittish at first and sometimes thinks he’s in trouble when you approach, he is quickly learning that people can be kind and gentle. Each day, he grows more confident, more trusting, and more affectionate. In the evenings, Bronco enjoys curling up on a cozy dog bed, and he’ll occasionally trot over to give you a soft “boop” as his sweet way of asking for pets. He also has great protective instincts—if he hears a strange noise outside, he’ll be the first to investigate and alert his people. Bronco is well on his way to becoming a loyal, loving, and devoted companion. With continued patience, reassurance, and love, he will blossom into the incredible dog he is meant to be. He’s ready to find a forever family to adore and protect. Bronco is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX but can be transported to the PNW and NE United States after adoption. Story
Mabel (CEO of Attitude, Head of Household) 💅🐾 Mabel is 4 years old and has been with us since August 2023, when we rescued her from the urgent list at the shelter. She is a strong, dominant woman who does not take crap from anyone — including her husband Larry or his best bud Teddy. Equal-opportunity accountability. Mabel is also very quick to talk smack to other dogs as they walk by. Loud opinions. Zero hesitation. She is full of herself, and honestly? She’s earned it. She’s a gorgeous girl and she knows exactly what she brings to the table. Larry and Mabel are a bonded pair, no negotiations. They met in boarding after being rescued a few months apart, and somehow it was fate. He’s the Ricky to her Lucy. She’s prim, proper, and runs a tight ship. He’s the “I’ll chew your ear off while we walk through Home Depot because I love you so much” kind of guy. Together, they are perfection. They both adore people and will greet you with enthusiastic teeth kisses. Larry is also exceptionally skilled at turning himself into a bowling ball and knocking down the pins — and yes, the pin is you. You’ve been warned. 🥴 Mabel and Larry cannot go to a home with other animals, but trust us when we say this: the two of them are more than enough. Entertainment, companionship, chaos, and love — all included. 📍 Located in Cleveland, TN 🚗 Transport available to other states 💲 Adoption fee: $150 total If you’re ready for a power couple with big personalities, big love, and zero apologies — Mabel (and her man Larry) are ready to move in. 🐶❤️🐶
