Story
Trip is a good boy very loving affectionate. He's still a puppy. I am blending my family and Trip doesn't get a long with Mars. I don't think that is trips fault. I am only allowed 1 dog and the other dog has been with his family 5 years. I wish that wasn't case I don't want money. I want him to go to a good home with a patient family whos going to love him. I am not requiring you to fix him within 30 days.

Story
Catori is a 2 year old mix of CATAHOULA leopard dog and a pit bull! She weighs 43 lbs. She has separation anxiety. She loves to play and cuddle and toys. Loves her people. Grown up with kids! Loves other animals. She will let you groom her. She's calm once she burns out her energy. She has no aggression . She's never been alone. She was raised with other dogs and cats. She loves to run. She barely ever barked. She knows sit. She loves to drink water as your filling up her bowl. So she'll drink it as it's being poured or from a hose and faucet. She would get in the trash alot. I had a hard time breaking her of this. She would go to a door to let u know she had to go out or she paced a lot. But all this information was given from original owner. Then owner gave her to another person. That person dumped her outside and never responded. She will need fixed and our rescue will do that. She was vaccinated fully! First time ever. She really deserves a good home. She has yellow pee stains on her from being left in a cage. We recently microchipped her! We would love someone to give her a loving home! If you are interested in meeting or adopting Tate please text Casey at 570-441-0083. Story
We adopted Shiki through a shelter in philadelphia that had a litter as a puppy. At the time (and still to this day) we had another dog, Dino. Things were great for almost 4 years. Shiki has always been incredibly food motivated so we have kept them apart around food. he also has a very strong prey drive. Recently, we moved to a new home outside of Philadelphia here in Bushkill. The dogs love the new space, but there was an incident shortly after moving involving a bag of food left on the floor, which resulted in Shiki attacking Dino for coming near it. Dino needed reconstructive surgery for his ear and their relationship has been irrevocably changed. They are “crate and rotating” as per behavioralists’ advice, but neither has fulfilling lives now as they are crated half the day. We need someone who can dedicate the time and energy to love Shiki. He is so intelligent and trainable, but we can’t abandon our older dog to commit to him. Please reach out, Shiki needs you.

Story
*SPECIAL NEEDS - PLEASE READ FULL BIO* Celyn! Celyn joined us on December 30, 2023, and we were thrilled to ring in the new year with her. We hoped her stay would be short, but sadly, this sweet girl has been waiting almost 9 months for her forever home. Celyn is a unique and special pup—she’s deaf and partially blind, which sadly causes her to be overlooked time and time again. 💔 ✨ Age: 1 year old 🤫 Weight: About 45 lbs—truly the perfect size! 🐶 Breed: Catahoula Mix (or as we like to call her, a Spotted Secret Keeper) 👃 Special Abilities: SUPER Scenter! Celyn can sniff out anything—her favorite volunteers, a meal, or treats on the way. She may not hear with her ears, but she hears with her heart. ❤️ 🏃‍♀️ Dreams: Celyn wants to run track in the 2028 Paralympics! We haven’t told her yet that the Olympics are only for humans. 🤫 ⚡ Activity Level: Pretty high—she loves to run in the play yard and zoom around with her doggy friends. 🧸 Toys: BIG fan! She’s happy tossing toys to herself or playing with friends. 🍖 Treats: Treats are life! 🥾 Love hiking? So does Celyn! Her disabilities don’t slow her down—she enjoys long hikes with her active volunteer buddies. 💬 Need a secret keeper? Celyn’s your girl. She can’t hear your secrets, so she’ll never spill them! 🐱 Cats? She hasn’t been tested, but we’re happy to try if someone applies for her! 🐕 Dogs? Celyn is a social butterfly and loves her dog pals. 👧 Kids? She does amazing at events and loves meeting kids of all ages! She might get a little in your bubble while sniffing everyone out, though. 🏡 Ideal Family? Active, patient, and excited to train a special-needs dog. Even though Celyn is focused on her Olympic dreams, she will need her family to also be willing to train her as well. Deaf dogs are amazing creatures and are easily trained, often with things like hand signals and other training techniques. Obviously even more care than usual should be taken to make sure she does not accidentally get out off leash as she cannot hear you calling her back and can't hear dangers like cars coming. She may also be partially visually impaired. She does so well, it is really hard to tell! For the boring stuff: Celyn is crate trained and has been working hard on her housebreaking. She prefers going potty off-leash and would benefit from having a yard where she can roam and find some privacy for her bathroom breaks. 🚽 We all need a little alone time, right? She’s been sniffing for her forever family for far too long. This sweet girl is ready to find her home and start her journey to the 2028 Olympics in LA. 😉 Celyn's adoption fee includes her spay, age appropriate vaccinations and microchipping. She is up to date on deworming and preventatives. Interested in Celyn?
