Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Rez is a sweet dog in need of a stable, loving home—a home where he can finally feel safe and cherished. This precious soul has experienced trauma that has left him anxious and unsure of the world around him. Rez needs someone who is patient and kind, someone who can offer him the time and love he so desperately needs. This dog thrives on gentle encouragement and stability, and I believe he would flourish in a rural setting where he can roam freely in a yard and explore the beauty of nature. It’s important to note that Rez tends to bond better with women, finding comfort in their nurturing presence. He is a bit hesitant towards men when first meeting, but he will open up within a short amount of time. He needs a guardian who understands the delicate balance of building trust and providing reassurance. With your patience and guidance, he can learn to let go of his past and embrace a brighter future. Please, if you have a space in your heart and home for this deserving dog, reach out. He is waiting for someone to believe in him, to show him that not all humans are unkind. Together, we can give him the chance he needs to heal and to become the loving companion he was always meant to be. Story
Are you looking for a personal trainer? If yes, then Mocha is your girl! Mocha is an active dog that has the "go-go-go" mentality. She is a dominate female, that does not like other animals. Mocha needs an active lifestyle where someone will be willing to play fetch from sunrise to sunset. Mocha likes to go for walks, and with a little more work on leash will love to go for runs as well! With the proper training, Mocha could make a great hunting dog. Mocha is a smart gal who picks up on things fairly quick. Mocha knows how to sit, to drop the ball when told to "drop it", does well for baths, and great for car rides. Because of her "go-go-go" mentality, Mocha will need work on potty training. The shelter environment is a stressful one, especially for Mocha. Mocha would do great with potty training in a quiet, less stressful environment. Mocha would do best as a single animal home.

Meet Riot! He's a 2yrs old Catahoula Mix weighing in at 50 pounds. He's brand new to a foster home. His first night was a success with kids, cats, and dogs. He's gentle, kind, affectionate, and smart. Riot belly crawls to play with the small ones. Update: Riot continues to do great with the kids and other dogs. He does well with cats as long as they don't run from him!
