Story
Dakota is a young adult probably 3 years old. He weighs about 65 lb. When he arrived he was heartworm positive. He has completed treatment as is doing great. Dakota is friendly but can be distrustful of strangers at first. He walks well on leash and will sit when asked. He can pull a bit. I use a training collar on him. He is well mannered. He will jump up but I've not had him put his feet on me. He loves attention and enjoys going for hikes with me. He would become a devoted, protective companion. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm tested negative (on monthly heartworm and flea preventive) and are microchipped. Upon adoption, the microchip will be registered with your contact information and you will be eligible to activate a free 30 day health insurance policy. If you are interested in Dakota, please contact Gail Posey at 678-361-7304 or email pspp_inc@yahoo.com.

Story
✨ Meet Tom — The Sweetest Goofball Looking for His Forever Home! ✨ Tom is a 40–50 lb bundle of joy wrapped in a wiggly, treat-loving body. This sweet, friendly boy has a heart as big as his enthusiasm. He’s the kind of dog who greets every day (and every person!) with a tail wag that could power a small city. 🍖 Food & Treat Motivated Tom LOVES snacks. If you’ve got treats, he’s got focus! His food motivation makes him a great candidate for positive-reinforcement training. 🐾 A Work in Progress — But Eager to Learn Tom is lightly trained and may be housebroken, though he’s still figuring out the routine. He doesn’t know his basic commands yet, but he makes up for it with curiosity and eagerness. With consistency, he’ll catch on fast—especially if treats are involved. 💙 Personality Plus He’s a little hyper and very affectionate. Tom wholeheartedly believes he’s a lapdog… even though he’s not exactly lap-sized. Expect surprise cuddle attempts and full-body wiggles when he’s excited (panting included!). 🐶 Plays Well With Others Tom is okay with other dogs and would enjoy a friendly canine companion—or he’d be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention himself. 🏡 The Perfect Home for Tom Tom would thrive with someone who can give him guidance, exercise, and lots of love. He’s ready to learn, ready to cuddle, and ready to become your best friend. If you’re looking for a goofy, lovable, treat-powered sweetheart to brighten your days, Tom is your guy.

Story
Tyson – ID 15913 – Kennel 825 Catahoula Leopard Dog mix – black and brown – male - Arrived Dec 26 Approx. 1 year old – 78 lb (estimated adult weight 80–90 lb) Will be neutered prior to adoption – up to date on vaccines – heartworm negative Tyson is a big-hearted, high-energy young dog who is bursting with enthusiasm and personality. At just about a year old, he’s still very much a puppy at heart — curious, excited, and eager to be involved in everything happening around him. He takes treats well and clearly enjoys engaging with people. Tyson walked fairly well on leash to the outdoor kennel and will continue to improve with practice and guidance. Right now, he’s still learning how to slow down and focus, but with consistency and positive training, he has all the potential to become a wonderful companion. Because of his size and energy level, Tyson would thrive in a home without small children. He would do best as the only dog in the home, allowing him to feel secure, relaxed, and fully bonded to his people. Tyson is still working on his house-training skills, and with patience, routine, and encouragement, he’s sure to make progress. Tyson is looking for a confident, committed adopter who can help him channel his energy into exercise, structure, and companionship.
