Story
AN ACTIVE & FUN PUP:  Approx. 8-9 months old / Approx. 26 lbs. & growing Hello – I’m Casanova!  Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control, and I am so happy to be on the journey to my new home with their help.  I recently spent time in a great temporary foster home, where I got a glimpse of the great life that awaits me in a home of my very own.  Plan to come meet me soon and see if I am your new furry family member!  I’m currently in the prison/foster training program off-site and learning a lot!  Please inquire at 770-272-6888 to find out when I'm available to meet. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I met dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them.  When I first arrived, I was very skinny and felt the need to guard my food, but now that I’m feeling comfortable and secure with the help of the amazing trainers in the prison/foster training program, that behavior has improved dramatically.  Just to be safe, I should still be fed separately.  I can also now share toys and take treats next to another dog.  My MM trainer would be happy to show you this and I hope to continue improving.  If you have a friendly dog who would enjoy a young companion and if you are comfortable keeping food separate and following the protocols that MM has established for me, let’s meet! / Cats unknown, but to be safe please feed us separately.  / I haven’t met kids yet, so if you have kids that are old enough to understand how to be respectful and cautious around my food, let’s meet.  I am thinking teens and up would be best.  • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I am a very active and friendly guy who wiggled and wagged my whole body when I saw my foster – adorable!  I’m not shy about registering my opinion about things that bother me and I did find my voice in my temp. foster home, lol.  I’m a young dog so I am still exploring the world and using my mouth, though I do respond to correction.  Fun and playful, I will bring lots of love and adventure to my new home. / My energy level is 7-9 and I will need my furever family to understand my breed as I’m a working breed dog well as my need for regular exercise. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I’m a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts University training program so I’ve learned the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘down’, ‘come’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’ and ‘place’ commands.  I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners using my gentle leader as well as accept nice strangers without jumping.  Let's continue my training as there are more classes I can take through the free lifetime training that Mostly Mutts offers for their rescue dogs.  Still playfully mouthy, I do love to nibble on pants, ankles and shoes.  Luckily, this is very easily corrected now that my trainer has taught me the ‘leave it’ command.  / My crate manners were good in my foster home. / My potty habits have been good on the prison/foster training program’s schedule. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I love large rope toys. They are great for tug-o-war and for burning up energy.  Once I am all tuckered out, I love a comfy dog bed for recharging my batteries.  I would like a dog savvy owner who understands my working breed and is ready to get some regular exercise together!  I’m sure we’ll discover lots of other things we will enjoy doing together. / I was afraid of my reflection in the mirror or in windows, but my foster showed me it was all good.  Otherwise, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on my immunizations, micro-chipped and neutered.   If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.    April 14, 2026, 6:46 am

Story
Koda is a 6-year-old, 48-lb Catahoula mix with a sweet soul and an energetic spirit. He’s a fun-loving guy who lives for playtime, especially tug-of-war with his favorite humans and a good game of fetch. He also enjoys racing around the yard with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to keep him company (he’s more of a chase-and-run kind of player than a wrestler so far). Koda is affectionate and bonds closely with his people, which means he doesn’t love being left alone for long periods. He’ll thrive in a home where someone is around more often than not, and ideally with another dog to help keep him feeling secure. He can be a little anxious at first, but once he settles in and feels safe, his loving personality really shines. This agile, athletic boy enjoys going on walks, is very food-motivated (treats are the way to his heart!), and already knows sit and listens pretty well. With his intelligence and eagerness, he’d do great continuing to build on his training. Important note: Koda requires a securely fenced yard taller than 4 feet -- he needs a safe space to run, play, and burn off his energy. If you’re looking for a loyal, playful, and sweet companion who will keep you active and love you wholeheartedly, Koda might just be your perfect match. To adopt him, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org His adoption fee is $250, which includes his shots up-to-date, microchipping, neuter, and heartworm testing.

Story
Milo is a chill and playful boy. He loves going for walks and looking out the window. He’s not a demanding dog, but really enjoys ear scratches and belly rubs. He’s a fast learner and alert, and is easy to redirect. He’s alone for the majority of the day and I let him roam free. I live alone and truly believe he would thrive in a home with more people around to see and interact with.

Story
Morris is a beloved 4 year old sweetheart who balances being a relaxed couch potato with a playful love for fetch. He was rescued from Fulton County Animal Shelter in June 2024 and quickly became a loyal affectionate member of our family and my 6 year old sons best friend. Due to an unexpected international relocation we must move back to Australia within the next three months. Unfortunately bringing a dog into Australia requires a 9 month process which means Morris cannot travel with us. Morris is incredibly loyal affectionate and a bit of a goofy character who loves making people smile. He enjoys running around at the dog park playing fetch and then settling in for snuggles on the couch. He walks well on a leash is curious and friendly and has a calm easygoing nature at home. He is not food aggressive and does not beg or try to eat from your plate. Morris would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loving loyal dog to share life and the couch with.
