Story
Meet George – Your New Best Friend Waiting to Happen George is the kind of dog who makes every day a little brighter. With his excellent leash manners and easygoing nature, he’s always ready for a walk, a snack, or—his favorite—your full attention. This sweet boy knows his basic commands and is eager to show them off, especially if treats are involved (and trust us, treats are always a good idea with George). Food is one of George’s great loves, right up there with people. He thrives on praise, gentle affection, and being part of the action, whether that’s a stroll around the neighborhood or just hanging out by your side. His friendly personality and love of learning make him a joy to have around and an easy companion for someone looking for a well-mannered, affectionate dog. George isn’t just looking for a home—he’s looking for his person. Someone to share snacks with, take on daily walks, and shower him with the love he so happily gives in return. If you’re ready for a loyal friend with a big heart and an even bigger love for treats, George is ready to meet you.

Story
AN ACTIVE & FUN PUP: Approx. 8-9 months old / Approx. 26 lbs. & growing Hello – I’m Casanova! Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control, and I am so happy to be on the journey to my new home with their help. I recently spent time in a great temporary foster home, where I got a glimpse of the great life that awaits me in a home of my very own. Plan to come meet me soon and see if I am your new furry family member! I’m currently in the prison/foster training program off-site and learning a lot! Please inquire at 770-272-6888 to find out when I'm available to meet. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them. When I first arrived, I was very skinny and felt the need to guard my food, but now that I’m feeling comfortable and secure with the help of the amazing trainers in the prison/foster training program, that behavior has improved dramatically. Just to be safe, I should still be fed separately. I can also now share toys and take treats next to another dog. My MM trainer would be happy to show you this and I hope to continue improving. If you have a friendly dog who would enjoy a young companion and if you are comfortable keeping food separate and following the protocols that MM has established for me, let’s meet! / Cats unknown, but to be safe please feed us separately. / I haven’t met kids yet, so if you have kids that are old enough to understand how to be respectful and cautious around my food, let’s meet. I am thinking teens and up would be best. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a very active and friendly guy who wiggled and wagged my whole body when I saw my foster – adorable! I’m not shy about registering my opinion about things that bother me and I did find my voice in my temp. foster home, lol. I’m a young dog so I am still exploring the world and using my mouth, though I do respond to correction. Fun and playful, I will bring lots of love and adventure to my new home. / My energy level is 7-9 and I will need my furever family to understand my breed as I’m a working breed dog well as my need for regular exercise. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts University training program so I’ve learned the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘down’, ‘come’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’ and ‘place’ commands. I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners using my gentle leader as well as accept nice strangers without jumping. Let's continue my training as there are more classes I can take through the free lifetime training that Mostly Mutts offers for their rescue dogs. Still playfully mouthy, I do love to nibble on pants, ankles and shoes. Luckily, this is very easily corrected now that my trainer has taught me the ‘leave it’ command. / My crate manners were good in my foster home. / My potty habits have been good on the prison/foster training program’s schedule. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love large rope toys. They are great for tug-o-war and for burning up energy. Once I am all tuckered out, I love a comfy dog bed for recharging my batteries. I would like a dog savvy owner who understands my working breed and is ready to get some regular exercise together! I’m sure we’ll discover lots of other things we will enjoy doing together. / I was afraid of my reflection in the mirror or in windows, but my foster showed me it was all good. Otherwise, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on my immunizations, micro-chipped and neutered. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga. April 15, 2026, 4:11 pm

Story
Foghorn (Augie at his foster) is a true Southern gentleman&#44 polite and charming. His signature move is to lean against your leg and flash you his baby blues&#44 mesmerizing you into petting him as though its your lifes purpose. This cool drink of sweet tea is a friend to every person he meets and a phenomenal walking partner&#44 graciously adjusting his leggy stride to your pace.

A hound to the core&#44 he loves outdoor adventures full of sniffs&#44 a fine game of retrieve&#44 tracking varmints&#44 and - when he is truly in his feelings - singing the song of his people. His best home will not have shared walls or kitties and will have either a yard or plenty of wooded walks where he can freely express his true self.

You know how introverts will gather in a room but be perfectly content each doing their own thing&#44 together-but-apart? That is Foghorns dream life! He has exceptional dog manners but isnt looking for playmates. Hanging out on the porch greeting the neighbors? Hes down for that. Babysitting the young uns? Not this Papaw.

Housetrained&#44 crate trained&#44 and happy in the car&#44 what more are you looking for?

Little Foot walks nicely on leash and would make an easygoing walking buddy for someone who enjoys steady companionship.

Hes smart&#44 knows how to sit for treats&#44 and has done well with older children. This cool&#44 medium-energy guy is as easy as they come-just add love (and maybe a comfy seat for cuddles).

Little Foot is waiting for his person at 1251 Fulton Industrial Blvd NW&#44 Atlanta&#44 GA 30336.
