If you are looking for the adventurous type for hikes and outdoorsy fun, I'm your guy! I'm a little dog and people selective, I do best with female dogs and will do best with a confident and experienced dog owner. Also, no DNA tests have been done, so no one knows for sure what breed I am. I look like I might have Catahoula Leopard Dog in my mix and probably some bully. This means home ownership to adopt me is required! I have all had all of my shots, and am neutered. Also included in my adoption fee, is a registered microchip and a full set of medical records for you and my future vet! If you are interested in meeting me, please complete an adoption application. Charlie is a gorgeous and loving 5-6 yr old, very energetic Catahoula/Foxhound mix adopted from a private owner who was moving and couldn't take a dog. He is UTD on all shots and weighs 72lbs. He's Housebroken & Crate-trained. He doesn't like brooms, but loves his pet vacuum. Possible allergies cause him to scratch a bit, and he can get ear infections but takes meds without a fuss. He's is very docile at the Vet. She wishes he'd teach her other canine patients how to behave. He loves car rides but does not like taking walks out of his own backyard. Fetch is his favorite high-energy game. He's very protective and is a great guard dog. Strangers and mailmen tend to spook him and cause him to bark or bolt. I've had both knees replaced and he's caused me to fall several times, which is the main reason I need to find him a new home. He gets along with other dogs. He has a QR code tag on his collar but no micro-chip. A farm or home with active older children would ideal.

Samson was surrendered with Rosie, they were getting out of their property and were in danger from neighbors, they are not a bonded pair. Samson loves toys, he loves running, and he likes tracking things! He is very loving, and he is playful. He has lived with a female dog and got along with her, but needs a meet and greet with other dogs. He doesn`t like cats. Samson is reported protective of his family, adults and children in the home. Samson loves his stuffed animals and treats. He likes to jump on the leash we are currently working on his leash manners. Best in home with kids 15+
