Story
Keeley is a 2 year old Catahoula mix and is about 55 lbs. She is sweet, loyal, and loving. Keeley experienced some trauma prior to us adopting her and she can still be nervous and timid around some people and new places. We believe Keeley deserves a loving home that can be patient with her and help her to continue to come out of her shell.

Story
Bumble came to H.A.L.O. over 1,632 days ago!…I was born in a loving foster home to my mom Brooklyn Bagel! I got adopted right away along with my littermates, but sadly I was under-socialized. As I grew up, I became more and more fearful of the world around me and a nip to a child sent me back to H.A.L.O.While I am considered a “Misfit,” I am really one of the gold stars around here! I love all of my humans, and I have a lot of fans. I need a proper introduction, meaning you can’t just run up to pet me. But, once I feel you will not hurt me, I am a loyal friend for life.My nickname varies from Bumble Bee to T-Rex because I love to stand on my hind legs and dance around. I love toys and am super treat motivated, which I hear is a good thing cause I’ll do whatever you ask of me!My ideal home is an adult family that’s fairly quiet, no other children 2 or 4 legged. I am not outwardly opposed, but they can trigger my lack of confidence and bring up fears that in the moment can cause me to make bad decisions, that I regret, so let’s keep life easy and just make it us!Requirements: Misfit, Handler Appt Only; Martingale CollarAll of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Our adoption fee helps cover this cost.

Story
Oakley is a lovable, energetic dog with a lot of potential and a heart full of affection. Since coming into foster care, Oakley has been a great house guest – he’s fully house-trained and has never had any accidents. He walks beautifully on a leash and loves spending time with children, always gentle and kind with them. However, Oakley is a bit nervous around men and needs time and patience to feel comfortable. With the right family, he’ll thrive, especially if there are kids he can bond with! While Oakley is still learning not to chew on fabric (he has a history with couch cushions and fleece blankets), he’s improving every day. He’ll need a family that can continue to work with him on this and provide appropriate chew toys to redirect his behavior. We’ve also been working on curbing his humping behavior, and he’s made great strides! He’s a fast learner and very eager to please, especially when given positive reinforcement.Oakley is looking for a loving home with a family that can give him the patience and positive reinforcement he needs to feel secure. If you’re ready to help this sweet boy grow and shine, Oakley could be the perfect addition to your family!I am currently in a foster home, but if you are interested in making me yours forever please speak with our Office Staff and they can let you know what steps to take! Requirements: Martingale CollarAll of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Our adoption fee helps cover this cost.

Story
Hi, my name is Blue! I was found in San Antonio, Texas, where I was just happily walking around when I was rescued. After that, I moved to Florida, and we're still searching for my forever home. I’m full of energy and love to run, so I need a large space to stretch my legs every day. Playing with other dogs and humans is one of my favorite things, but I also love to cuddle and play with my toys. An apartment just isn’t the right fit for me anymore—I’d be happiest on a ranch or in a home with a big yard where I can roam freely.

Story
Meet our handsome boy, John. John's story as he was re-rescued from another rescue that was closing down and he only had one previous owner before he found himself surrender to Animal Control for having too much energy. John is a great dog who is friendly with all dogs loves children, and he is a little shy at first when meeting new people, but quickly warms up with his favorite treats. Our ideal home for John would be an active home with a big yard as he loves to run and play outdoors. Jon's DNA test showed he was 53% Catahoula and the rest was a mixed breed of hound mixes and guard mixes. He is currently residing in Loxahatchee Florida. We do ask for an application to be filled out before a meet and greet. However, if you have additional questions feel free to email us at info@kibblezoflove.org. The adoption fee for John is $300 and he is up-to-date on vaccines, healthy, micro chipped, and on monthly preventatives If a dog is listed they are still available.  ##1583193##
