Story
*The pets pictured in this posting are just ad pictures not available pets.*The Yakima Humane Society provides care for thousands of animals each year, some of which require time in foster care before they are ready to be adopted. Fostering a homeless pet is both a rewarding and enriching experience; it is also great for families or individuals who love animals but cannot commit to having a full-time companion animal. The care that dedicated Foster Care Families provide is invaluable, both to the animals fostered and the people that adopt them. You can foster as much or as little as you like, and we need foster homes for a wide variety of animals - kittens, puppies, cats, dogs, and an occasional small & furry animal! You can learn more about our foster program and fill out an application athttp://www.yakimahumane.org/get-involved/foster/.*The pets pictured in this posting are just ad pictures not available pets.*

Story
Moocher is 4.5 years old, he was born 12/20/2020, he loves playing fetch with a rubber bounce ball , he likes lounging around, hates belly rubs, loves cuddling once he is used to you. He was on borrowed time at the humane society where i got him from, I am his second owner, moocher deserves a less chaotic house, without small children stressing him out, unsure if he gets a long with other cats. I just want to find someone who will love him and give him the happiness he truly deserves, my heart breaks giving him up but its best for him and my kids.

Story
Hello, Wanda is 9 years old and in good health. She generally lives indoors during winter months but loves to be outside when weather is good. She is house trained and is a great mouser. She has never been around children only adults. She is loving and comforting. I would love for her to have a forever home. Unfortunately my husband health has declined and I am not able to care for her.
