Story
Jasper is a sweet and loving cat. He can’t become anxious at times, I’m not sure if that is just because he doesn’t like my other cat and tends to bully her. He likes to curl up next to me on the sofa, but does not like to be picked up. He loves to go outside and explore. Jasper is also a good hunter and would probably love to be in a home on some property to explore. He loves to help me with the projects I’m doing. The only reason I am rehoming him is because I’m moving into a senior community that does not allow pets. Jasper will come with many accessories, including a tall cat tree, a carrier, many toys, food, and treats. Jasper is a big boy and weighed 16 pounds at his last vet appointment, And this is another reason I think he would do better if he can go outside.

Story
I adopted Bella from the Kitsap Humane Society when she was two years old and she is now 12. She is a very fluffy girl and loves to be shaved to a lion cut. She loves catnip and is very good about scratching only where appropriate. She is a picky eater, and I have never found a wet food that she will eat. She is currently eating Purina one for sensitive skin and stomach and does very well on that. Bella likes to snuggle with me but only when I have a fuzzy blanket in my lap, she does not like to be picked up. I have another cat who is younger and he tends to bully her. She is a big girl, 14 pounds at her last vet visit, but is quite submissive when bullied. when I lived in Kitsap County, Bella was allowed to go outside. She rarely left the deck and mostly just wanted to lay in the sun. I am rehoming her because I am moving into senior housing that does not allow any pets. Bella has a nice carrier on wheels and lots of toys to accompany her.

Story
Stella is a super sweet kitty with the perfect blend of playfulness and cuddliness. She enjoys pouncing on balls and wand toys, but her energy level is just right—not too demanding. This calm and gentle girl loves being around people, making her the ideal companion for a home where someone is around during the day.Stella does have a history of seizures and requires medication three times a day, but she is such a good girl for it! Stella does require a home that can accommodate her current medication schedule. While she does just fine on her own, she thrives with human interaction! Stella is easily handled, enjoys being petted, and has a knack for finding cozy spots to relax after exploring her surroundings. With a loving heart and a gentle nature, she has so much love to give. If you’re looking for a furry friend who will bring joy and companionship into your life, Stella is ready to meet you!Stella is currently in a foster home and unavailable for adoption at the adoption center. If you want to learn more about her, please email us at fosteradoptions@seattleareafelinerescue.org. Thank you for choosing adoption and making a rescued kitty part of your family! Story
Lucy is a 16-year-old female tabby. Shes extremely cuddly and low-maintenance. She sleeps all day in her bed but is always up for a petting session. She went blind about 2 years ago due to high blood pressure. My parents adopted her from a shelter when she was 1 and shes lived with them ever since. Now theyre elderly and cant care for her properly. They forget to feed her, clean her litter box, etc. I brought her to my home, but this isnt a good setting. We live in a small space, and my 2 kids under 5 scare her with all their commotion. We keep her in our bathroom (the one space we can separate her from the kids) but it doesnt feel like a good life for her. I took her to the vet 2 in late October and they did a full blood panel. Other than the high BP, everything else is fine (no kidney issues, no diabetes, etc). She requires BP medication (1 quarter pill per day) which costs $20 for a 2 month supply. Id be happy to offset the cost of a 6 month supply of medication.
