Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Prissy, a feral stray cat who found her way to the right place at the right time! When the cold snap hit, we managed to catch her and bring her inside. Gradually, we've been giving her attention, and she's warmed up to us enough to enjoy being petted. At approximately 9 months old, she's received all her vaccines and has been spayed. If you are interested in adopting me or any of my Funny Farm friends please visit funnyfarmpets.org to read all about our TN based rescue and how the adoption and transport process works, read about all the vetting I will have before coming home, and you will also find the link to submit the adoption application. The adoption fee is $135 and transport is an additional $125. This pet is currently in a foster home in TN and will be transported north after the adoption is complete. To see the meeting locations, please click on the transport tab at funnyfarmpets.org

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet momma Mona. She gave birth in a warehouse and a nice man found her and started feeding her. She is very healthy and very happy and very friendly. Mona has a little sag in her right eye but we don't see any reason for it so we assume it's from an old injury. We think she is probably only about a year old herself and she gave birth at the end of April or beginning of May. Mona is fully vetted and ready to travel.. Mona is super friendly and loving and gets along with other cats as well. if you are interested in adopting please visit Funnyfarmpets.org to read all about our Tennessee based rescue and how the adoption and transport process works. These babies are currently fostered in Tennessee and won't travel until their vetting is completed. The adoption fee is $165. If transport is required that adds an additional $115 The link to the application is https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRR/Cat

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
This crew of 5 black kitties got caught up in a TNR movement in a local neighborhood. Mom was spayed and released but we are hoping we got these babies in time for them to find forever homes and not have to live life outdoors. They are getting more and more sure of people every day and seem to be happy in the AC. Magic and Raven are the 2 friendliest and the boys are still trying to figure us out. If you are interested in adopting please submit your application at Take a look at our website at funnyfarmpets.org to read all about our TN based rescue and how the adoption and transport process works and you can see all the pets we have for adoption here in TN. Adoption fee's are $165 and transport is an additional $115

Story
We got Linny when she was a stray about two years ago we found her on the side of the road , lost and scared and have had her ever since. Linny is used to being the star of the show , definitely princess material. She would prefer to go to a home without any other animals , but if not she mostly does okay with other animals she is just very shy.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We have healthy feral and semi-feral cats in need of new outdoor homes! These cats make ideal residents for farms, horse stables, barns, and other suitable locations with outdoor shelter options. And they help with rodent control! The cats will all be spayed or neutered, vaccinated for rabies, and ear-tipped. The cats will require a period of adjustment to acclimate to their new outdoor homes, and we will gladly provide guidance and assistance with the relocation process. Barn cat adopters are required to fill out the same application as our regular cat adopters, however, we are much more flexible and less stringent with the application review process. Barn cat applications are sent to our TNR Program Manager following an initial review. We offer barn cats for no adoption fee, but we request a donation. This is because so many of these cats are unable to be tamed and therefore cannot be adopted as indoor pets. By placing them in a setting where they are safe and fed, you are giving them the best home possible for their circumstances; you are literally saving their lives. Many of these cats are in danger, unwanted, uncared for, are displaced or no longer have anyone to take care of them. They need a safe haven.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in this animal? The first step is an application, which can be completed at www.cvrrescue.org/adoption-applications/. The adoption fee helps cover a portion of the care provided for our animals, including spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm testing for dogs, FeLV/FIV combo testing for cats, deworming, age-appropriate vaccines (including rabies vaccine), and any medical care received while in our care. All cats and dogs are on flea/tick and parasite prevention for the duration of foster care. Notes about puppies: Adopters can expect a new puppy to have accidents, chew things they shouldn't, and have other normal, energetic puppy issues until they are trained, including jumping, mouthing, and general youthful naughtiness. If you experience puppy issues, please feel free to contact us; we’re happy to offer guidance. Also, if a puppy is a mixed breed, we cannot guarantee an adult weight. If your residence has weight restrictions or if you’re looking for a specific adult weight, we don't recommend applying for a mixed-breed puppy. We also offer rehoming services for pets currently owned by individuals. In these cases, we list the animal as a courtesy to the owner, and the animal is not currently in the care of CVRR, such that we can make no representation or guarantee of the animal’s behavior, demeanor, or health assessment. All information listed for a courtesy-posted animal is provided by the current owner and should be verified by any potential adopter. CVRR is a nonprofit organization. We have no paid staff, and all applications are reviewed and processed by our volunteers. Please be patient and understand that it may take 7-14 days to process your application, check your references, and gather follow-up info. You can expedite the process by providing accurate phone numbers and email addresses for your vet and landlord references, and by answering each question fully. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if the animal picks you, too. If it seems the adoption will be a good match for all, we will collect the adoption fee and complete the adoption contract. CVRR is a NO KILL rescue organization, and we have a LIFETIME COMMITMENT to all of our animals. If for any reason the adoption does not work out, the animal must be returned to CVRR. We will reevaluate the animal and choose a new home based on the best fit for it. November 5, 2024, 11:25 pm
