Story

Thor came to my house and was starved, appearing as he had been abused. Since then, I have taken him to the veterinarian ensuring his health, update on vaccines, and to have him neutered. He is a very loveable and energetic cat. He loves to run and play chase with his toys. He also loves cuddles, soft blankets and to sleep in your lap while lounging. He loves to follow me around the house and has no interest in going back outside. I have a dog and two other cats. He gets along well with my dog, however does not get along with the other cats very much. I would love to keep him, however he seems not be a good fit for my family. I truly love him and wish him to go to a good home. I know he will make you fall instantly in love as he has with me. He does take some time to warm up and is easily frightened of load sounds/voices. He will require patience and a loving home to help him adjust. I truly believe he would be a wonderful house cat for anyone looking for their next best friend.

Story

Dustin was born in April, 2022 on my property and has lived here ever since. He was mostly an outside cat, but only out of necessity. Recently it has become impossible for the cats to live outside, so he’s been strictly inside the house for a few weeks. He’s so friendly and gentle and loves human interaction. He loves the other cats here and gets along well with my two dogs. I don’t want to see him go, but I know that he would be happier in a home with fewer animals and more human attention. He’s very snuggly, and loves to stay near humans as much as possible. Ideally, I would love to see him adopted into the same home as Nancy and/or Jonathan (they are brothers or cousins), who I am also listing here. I realize though that that might not be possible, and as long as they have happy forever homes, then I’ll be so grateful. Please feel free to email me with questions or to arrange a visit!

Nancy (yes, he’s a boy!) was born in April, 2022 on my property and has lived here ever since. He was mostly an outside cat, but only out of necessity. Recently all the outside cats have had to be brought indoors, so he’s been strictly inside the house for a few weeks. He has a very sweet personality, but is also a little timid. He’s friendly and mild mannered, but playful. He gets along well with all the other cats here and also with my two dogs. I would love to keep him, but he needs much more human attention than I can give him. I think he would be a big snuggler in no time if he could get that attention. Ideally, I would love to see him adopted to the same home as Dustin and/or Jonathan, who I’m also listing here. Hi, my name is Selina, and I have been at the rescue for FAR too long...5 years! I'm not sure why, I'm a really sweet girl. I love feather wand toys and catnip. I get along well with other cats; I'm considered a peacemaker in the community cat room. I'm shy at first but am learning that people are pretty cool. Once I get to know you a little bit, I'll offer you my butt to pet.
