Story
Foxy Lady! She's gorgeous, she's full of personality and she's going to judge you! Seriously, that face is saying "are you worthy to be my best friend?" Foxy has distinguished taste which often means it takes her a bit to decide if she likes you but once she does, she's a snuggly sweetheart. Foxy isn't just a pretty face, she's silly and fun to be around too! She can flip a switch and decide she's got better things to do than hang out, so no sensitive adopters that don't understand a choosy kitty that doesn't need your validation. Foxy Lady has done very well in her foster home, finding cozy places to chill, sunny spots to sprawl out and the occasional kitty friend to interact with. Foxy does have a sensitive stomach so we will share all of our tips on a food that agrees with her to avoid any issues! Children and dogs not recommended in Foxy's future home. Story
Meet Buddy! She's a friendly indoor/outdoor cat looking for her end game. She embodies cat qualities: loyal, affectionate, loving, slow blinks and chasing toys. She is looking to be your only cat. She's a domestic medium hair tabby with a soft, shiny coat, big green eyes and a fluffy tail. Her shots and health care is up to date, records provided. She's approx 9 yrs old and weighs 10 pounds. She has lived outside where dogs chase her and there are cars close by. Rescuing her would take her out of danger. She has an eartip because she was spayed, microchipped and vaccinated initially as an outdoor community cat. What's she's looking for in an adopter: treats! Playtime with toys, having a catio / safe access to the outside, affection, brushing her, a warm home and your patience. To be considered as a potential adopter, complete an adoption application. Completing the application does not guarantee it will be approved. We are an all volunteer group and unfortunately are unable to answer every phone call, adoption inquiry, or application. Story
Fiona is a beautiful and intelligent kitty that will need a cat experienced adopter to help her continue to flourish. Fiona is very shy and takes quite a while to warm up to new people but that doesn't mean she isn't a happy lady. She really seems to enjoy being with other cats in her foster home, often seen snuggling with someone in a soft blanket and being close during meal times. While Fiona will likely never be a lap cat, she deserves a happy life with a family that is patient and willing to let her have space to grow confidence. We would love to find her a forever home with someone willing to continue socializing her and working with our team on methods we have found helpful in helping kitties acclimate to new environments. To be considered as a prospective adopter please tell us how you think you can help Fiona so she can live out her life with lots of care and love in your adoption application. Story
Oh, Oreo, you've come so far! This silly little 11 year old gal was adopted several years ago and unfortunately returned when her owner had to move across the country and fell on hard times. Oreo was quite scared when she came back to us and took months and months to even come out of her carrier in her foster home. It was heartbreaking. Fast forward to now, she has come leaps and bounds from the carrier dweller she once was but she still does like to find cozy places to hunker down… like under the sink in her foster mom's bathroom. Oreo has surprised us the last several weeks as she's been out and about exploring, hanging on the couch with her foster family watching tv, and accepting pets with some purrs in exchange. She's not a cuddle bug just yet, but we're confident that once she's in a forever home that allows her to settle in time, she's going to flourish into the laid back senior sweetie she's always meant to be. If you're considering a companion and think Oreo would be a good fit for you, we're accepting applications for cat experienced potential adopters! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. My name is Franny and I have kind of an odd situation. I have very mild Cerebellary Hypoplasia or Wobbly Cat Syndrome. Aside from that the neurologist says I have cyst in my brain the affects my ability to process what I see. My eyes work fine but my brain can't properly understand the signals my eyes send. It is a weird way to live and it causes me to panic sometimes because I get scared and confused. So, I would be best as an only kitty in a patient house. I do love to play and snuggling with my foster is a most favorite thing. Some folks say I am special needs, I think I am just unique! Do you think you might have room for me to love you forever?
