Story
5 y/o. Indoor. Very friendly. He loves my other cat, and anyone who comes over. He has a persistent respiratory issue that his immune system is always fighting causing it to be weak, leaving him fairly vulnerable to illness like colds or infection. A few years ago he caught pneumonia and nearly died. I got him to the hospital in time and we were able to treat him back to health and he was healthier than he ever had been. However, the respiratory issues have slowly crept back up and I fear of another episode threatening his life. Vets that have treated him are certain his respiratory issues are curable, but I just don't make enough money to afford the testing required to cure him. I've only been able to afford regular antibiotic and steroid treatments to temporarily stabilize him. He needs a home that can afford a treatment process to give him a better life. There is an even more beautiful personality in this cat I've only briefly seen when he wasn't sick.

Story
Meet Lucifer (Lu) 8 years old | Spayed | UTD on vaccines | ~8 lbs | Domestic Longhair Lu is a quiet, independent cat looking for a calm, adult-only home. She is a small black-and-white fluff with green-yellow eyes and a shy but quirky personality. She prefers peaceful environments, takes time to warm up, and enjoys cozy hideouts, high perches, and soft blankets. She is not a cuddly cat, but shell relax near may even curl up on your legs if she is really comfy (especially if you have a space heater). She tolerates being picked up (she goes full ragdoll), but prefers to be left to her own routine. Lu has: Urinary issues managed with Hill's Prescription Diet Occasional gabapentin for vet visits or stressful situations A crunchy meow and a very serious love for treats She does well with respectful dogs and calm cats, but not young kids or busy homes. Lu needs a patient, cat-savvy person to give her a soft place to land and the freedom to be herself. Located in Ogden UT

Story
**BONDED WITH HIS BROTHER ARION**Wil is an independent guy. He gets along well with his brother and one of his foster buddies but otherwise would prefer being left to his own activities. Loves a good kitty bed and scratcher. He would rather not be around dogs. He mostly avoids contact with the dogs in his foster home. He does not like to be picked up at all. Would be best in a home with older children. Wil is bonded with his brother Arion and they will need to be adopted together. The adoption fee Is a total of $100 for both.Available through Humane Society of Northern Utahemail: 1adoptions@gmail.comTelephone: (801)-648-2719

Story
***Barn/Working Cat**** Pumpkin was found in my backyard. She was skinny and matted but enjoying soaking in the sun. We think Pumpkin was separated from her colony and not managing well on her own. We were able to trap her and bring her to the vet. She is roughly a year old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, and soft as can be. Unfortunately Pumpkin has not adjusted to the house cat life and is afraid of humans. Luckily Pumpkin seems friendly with other kitty cats. We believe Pumpkin would make an exceptional barn cat for someone that will appreciate her beauty from afar. If Pumpkin can have a home with you please connect with me! We want this sweet girl to live a happy, healthy life under the care of humans but in the company of other cats and animals.

Story
Skeeter: Shy and Quiet but Beautiful! Skeeter's mama was feral and taught her and her brother to be very wary of humans. Her foster mom and dad have had success in getting her to take Delectable treats while they pet her or hold her but she remains shy. She loves to play in kitty tunnels and loves toys of all kinds. She doesn't like doggies but she's learned how to avoid them in her foster home. She's very close with her brother Scooter and would do best if she was adopted with him. She needs to go to a quiet home with no young children as she's very skittish of quick movements and loud noises. She needs someone with patience to earn her lovies.Available through Humane Society of Northern Utahemail: 1adoptions@gmail.comTelephone: (801)-648-2719
