Story
We got Don as a kitten shortly after we got married. He was a wonderful addition to our family as he brought lots of cuddles, playfulness, and joy. My brother and his husky lived with us for about a year, and he and the Husky had a great bond. Playing together, napping, and always searching eachother out. He also did great with our friends smaller dog when they stayed with us for about a week! Since having our son a little over a year ago, he has not adjusted well. He spends most of his time hiding, only to come out during nap time or after bedtime. We would love for him to go to a home with teenagers, or no children so he can again live life without feeling timid or scared. He is litterbox trained, does not scratch furniture, and loves cat treats. He isn’t aggressive, never biting or swatting and overall just wants to play and get lots of cuddles.

Story
We rescued Grace from the humane society 8 years ago when she was 2. She is our first family pet; shy, sweet, and loves cuddling with trusted adults while watching TV. She has struggled since we adopted a second cat; the stress has led to behavioral issues, including inappropriate urination. She likely experienced trauma before adoption. We have tried medical treatments and behavior changes with limited success. We have created a sanctuary bedroom for her, and she has been thriving there. Grace would thrive in a calm home with no other pets and loving, mature owners. I noted that she’s good with kids but not pets, but let me clarify. She’s not aggressive in any way; she hides and avoids interaction, which is why she may not be the best fit for a home with kids. She is very sweet. As for other pets, I believe the presence of our other cat has contributed to her stress, so a pet-free home would likely be best for her well-being.

Story
Chloe is 3 years old her birthday is April 28th, I raised her from 8 weeks old. She is the sweetest girl, she loves to cuddle but she doesn't like to be picked up often, she won't try to hurt you, she'll just try to get down. She has the cutest and softest meow, and she loves attention and getting lots of pets. I'm so heartbroken that I have to find her a new home, she needs to go to someone who will love her as much as I do, she is so important to me.

Story
Gus is a wonderful cat. He is very talkative and likes to explore his surroundings. He is playful and has lots of toys. He loves to sleep in his window hammock and spend time in his catio. I adopted Gus from South Salt Lake Animal shelter. They told me he was feral. He has adjusted to domestic life greatly and has no problems with my dog. Gus’s only real concern is that he does not like my other male cat. I’ve had Gus for over 8 months and have tried everything and even talked with a specialist to help. It breaks my heart to have to let him go but Gus deserves better than living in my basement. It is important that Gus be the only cat as I can’t say for certain he will ever except another cat?

Story
Sweet Munchkin (Munch or Muncharoo) was born on St. Patrick’s day 2021. She’s a spunky girl who loves to play and sit in your lap for pets and loves. We have loved having her and her sister, Mashi, but I have grown very allergic to our sweet girls, so we need to rehome them. Mashi (Master Shifu) is mostly Russian Blue, a beautiful grey and white kitty with a sweet disposition. She loves to get tummy rubs and will randomly flop on her back as you are walking so that you will pet her. She also loves her fishing pole to play with and will carry it around the house. Please adopt our cute girls! They have always been indoor kitties, but are good mousers, as we moved to a new house and had a sudden rodent problem, which they took care of. They come with all the equipment needed for their care, some food, kitty litter, toys, a drinking foundation and a litter robot to make taking care of them easier. Thank you!
