Story
Fluffy is a sweetie and a friendly, social cat. She is curious about her people, their activities, and will typically be glued to our side(s) if she isn’t napping. She had no issue taking to her new litter box when we brought her home. We have a 75 lb. German Shepherd/Pit bull that adored her from the moment he saw her, but it took her about two months to tolerate him. She will occasionally swat him when he gets in her face, but it is a very gentle warning. So while she isn’t a fan initially of dogs, she can grow accustomed to them (if the dog is patient/calm). I have no other cats, but the shelter we adopted her from said she didn’t love being with other cats. She has done great with my small children. She is young, so sometimes when she gets overstimulated she will bite or swat, but it is generally very gentle and playful- typical young cat behavior. She is easily redirected. She is a wonderful girl and we wish we could keep her, but our growing family makes it hard to do so.

Story
Acquired pet from Lindon Animal Shelter in Utah. He is about 1.5 years old. Looking for a new home because of my allergies. He is very friendly and very active. He loves to play and is not hesitant to come up to new people. Sometimes he seems more like a dog than a cat. Very good personality.

Story
Thank you for considering Rigatoni for your home :) Rigatoni has been an easy, sweet cat. He has been an easy, sweet cat. He is indoor/outdoor. Everyone who meets him comments on his adorable "old man meow". He has that forever kitten face. We have found he does best with soft food. He is mellow and loving. My daughter chose Rigatoni from SLC animal shelter 5 years ago, and now she is moving. He minds his business with dogs. He is not afraid of them, just doesn't engage. Same with other cats, including younger ones. He's perfect for a family or individual who simply wants the companionship of a kind cat. Or if you're someone looking to generously provide a home to one more pet or cat he will easily join your crew.

Story
We found this sweet tortoiseshell kitten on a walk a week or so ago. She is incredibly friendly, gets along great with other cats and we cannot keep her as we already have 2 and are preparing to starting our family pretty quickly. We've been calling her Pinto Bean. She is so loving and enjoys chatting with us. We want her to go to a sweet home. She's a pretty easy pet so far, but if you have kids, I would recommend learning how to introduce her slowly and teach your children to respect her needing her own space and boundaries.

Story
Callie Belle, a sweet calico kitty, is a playful feline companion searching for her forever home. With her colorful coat and playful demeanor, she's sure to bring joy and love to any household lucky enough to adopt her. She is still learning to understand big dogs as they scare her but small dogs are no problem. Callie Belle doesn't mind docile cats that respect her space but she would really thrive in an only pet home. Toys that have moving parts such as balls are her favorite. She loves to lounge around and watch the outdoors. Watching the birds and jumping from tree top to tree top in the catio is her favorite pastime. Callie Belle is learning to understand and enjoy cuddles but enjoys head and chin scratches. If you're looking for an independent and quiet little gal, Miss Callie Bellle is your girl! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
