My wife rescued this cat when she was a kitten (2019ish). She was driving in the rain and the person in front of her threw it out the window of a moving vehicle (hence the partial ear on one side). She cleaned her up and took care of her. She is very stand offish to new people. We now have a 3 month old, so unfortunately we are having to rehome her. We will be happy to provide the litter box and enclosure we have been using, as well as any other accessories/toys.

Originally thought to be "spicy", Petunia is not, she is just shy. She just needs a bit of time and patience to "learn you...time to adjust to new things. She loves to be held and petted, and once she's used to her new human, she will likely sleep at your feet. She does very well with other cats. She hasn't yet been exposed to dogs, but we believe she will do well, given time to adjust. She came to us after being abandoned at the Dollar Tree in Madisonville. Indoor ONLY. She would probably do best in a home with older children. Fully vetted and ready to go! Estimated DOB: 10-10-21. Cleo (Leo) is a somewhat shy but loveable boy. He is about 3-years-old and looking for a calm home to call his own. Cleo has evaluated the good humans at the Center and gives a thumbs up to them. He is a super love bug who LOVES to be brushed. He needs to bond to his new people in a small room (bathroom) to start, where he cannot hide from you, before letting loose in the house. Once he knows you are going to treat him as royalty, he will be your best buddy. No young kids. He gets along well with other cats and dogs but may need some time to adjust. Indoor only-he's done with the scary outdoor life-never again for this guy! He knows he is now safe!
