Story
*READ TO END! Hi, Im Mikko. Im 6 years old & very affectionate, but it takes a long time for me to warm up to someone, so please be patient with me! I like perching atop windowsills & watching what's going on outside. I love laying in the sun, & when I have enough energy, I love to play as well! When I'm comfortable, I will want to cuddle... a lot! I have FIC which can be triggered with stress, so I do have medication! This means I would thrive in a low-traffic home with NO children OR other pets. I like being the only child! I need a calm environment to relax in and enjoy my time with you. Oh, and its very important I stay inside; Im not used to the outside. I also prefer my fur short! My medication is easy-to-administer & you can find out more talking to my owner. My owner says I will come with all of my vet records, a bag of food, my medication, a carrier, a blanket, & toys (plus extra things if wanted). If you are interested, please contact my owner for more details!

Story
Introducing my lady Piggy who is looking for her forever home along with her sister Tigger. Both were born on my property and have been cared for by me since birth. They are very loving and friendly but can be shy with new people. They enjoy sleeping on my bed and will jump up on my lap when I am lounging. They like to give me affectionate little headbuts and enjoy being around people. They have been raised with three small dogs. Both have been spayed and have their initial kitten shots. They still need their FVRCP booster and will need their 3 year rabies shot in one year. I am looking to rehome them together as indoor/outdoor cats for a total of $50.00. They are kitty box trained and have good house manners, including using a scratching post. They are two years old and healthy.

Story
Meet Mark: Your Future Furry Best Friend! Hi, I'm Mark! I'm 5 years old, and although I've had a rough start, I'm still a happy, sweet boy looking for my forever home. As a kitten, I was hit by a car and needed surgery that left me without a tail and with a quirky walk. But I've got a big, goofy smile and tons of love to share! After my accident, I was cared for by a kind woman and stayed by her side while she battled cancer. Unfortunately, now I need a new family to love and care for me. I'm a sweet, cuddly and playful guy who just wants a warm, loving indoor home where I can feel safe. I will be your loyal companion if you give me a chance. I'm currently with a family, but their two cats are't ready to accept me, so it's time for me to find my true forever home. Could you be the one to make my dreams of a happy home come true? Let's meet and see if we're a perfect match!

Story
Meet Honey, she is a domestic medium hair, 6.5yrs old, spayed female. She was adopted from us in 2019 and has lived a wonderful life with a small dog, cats (she prefers cats who leave her alone) and kids. Her owner had some major life events happen and couldn't keep Honey. We can see how much she was loved, she started loving on us immediately, she loves to be brushed, get chin scratches and sun bathe. She is current on vaccines and just had routine blood-work- which was perfect. My adoption fee is $85 *** You don't need an appointment to visit our cats, here is what you need to know: 1. Cats are avaible to visit Thursday-Saturday 10am-3:30pm. 2. Proof of home ownership must be brought with you, i.e a mortgage statement or property tax or home owners insurance 3. If you are a renter, you must have a letter from your landlord stating you can have a cat, pet policy and or pet agreement are not sufficient. 4. Debit/Credit or cash for adoption 5. Cat carrier, we have card board ones for $5

Story
DOB 4/15/24 Are you looking for a stunning house panther? Levy would be a perfect addition to any home. Levy is a bit shy at first, and more quiet and independent than his siblings. He will seek out his human when he wants attention, showing his love with loud purrs and head butts. He loves playing with his foster mom’s dogs and his siblings, and especially enjoys romping with his best buddy, Tax. After playtime, you’ll find them in an adorable cuddle pile. Levy and Tax are besties and need to be adopted together. They promise to be twice the fun. What are you waiting for? These sweet boys need a home and you need some feline love. -$100 adoption fee Hardest part of rescue is: - Not being able to save every cat. - Finding excellent homes for our rescues. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. Please fill out an application, https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat or email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information. We do not have a shelter. All our rescues are in foster homes. The $100 adoption fee per cat ensures that all cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, vaccinated for FVRCP (feline distemper), dewormed, and have been treated for fleas.
