Story
Koi is a loving cat. A home where people are always around would be his dream. He likes to sleep with humans at night and snuggle in laps during the day. He also enjoys his mid day nap in the warm sunny window. I’m gone too often for work and koi misses me greatly. I want him to have a home where he gets all the attention he deserves.

Story
Meet Bianca, she is a spayed female, almost 6yrs old, she was adopted from us in 2019. Bianca has had a wonderful life with an amazing owner, who understood that Bianca was a shy girl and didn't like a loud house. Sadly Bianca's owner had a major health event and could no longer take care of Bianca, her owner is devastated. Bianca loves chin scratches, she likes to be brushed, she loves to sit next to you and just be in your presence, she is very independent, she would do best in a quiet home, with plenty of hiding spots. Bianca is the sweetest girl, who just needs a little time to acclimate to her new home. My adoption fee is $80: This includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines, microchip, dewormer, flea treatment and a 1 pound bag of food they are currently *** You don't need an appointment to visit our cats, here is what you need to know: 1. Cats are avaible to visit Thursday-Saturday 10am-3:30pm. 2. Proof of home ownership must be brought with you, i.e a mortgage statement or property tax or home owners insurance 3. If you are a renter, you must have a letter from your landlord stating you can have a cat, pet policy and or pet agreement are not sufficient. 4. Debit/Credit or cash for adoption 5. Cat carrier, we have card board ones for $5 6. You can place a hold on a cat, due to people not returning we will be charging $25 to hold, this will be taken off your adoption fee.

Story
Meet Missy, a very sweet, gentle, senior cat, she is a little over 13yrs old, spayed female. A few months ago a vet clinic reached out to us about Missy, her owner loved her very much but could not take care of her medical needs, so the vet clinic reached out to us. Sweet Missy was well over 17lbs and was pre-diabetic, she needed to lose weight, before she became full blown diabetic, so we went to work and with the help of an amazing foster family, Missy is now down to 14lbs and is no longer pre-diabetic. Our sweet Missy is no longer on any medications and doesn't require a special weightloss food, her food intake will need to be measured out, no free feeding for this girl. Her amazing foster mom wants everyone to know, she loves chin scratches, she loves to sleep next to you and she loves, loves the rainbow feather wand. Is there anyone who will open their home for this sweet senior cat? My adoption fee is $65: This includes routine blood work, vaccines, microchip, dewormer, flea treatment and a 1 pound bag of food they are currently *** You don't need an appointment to visit our cats, here is what you need to know: 1. Story
Radley was bought through an online craigslist ad. He is 13 weeks old and still a playful attention needing kitty. He’s a huge cuddle bug & his favorite place to sleep is on my chest. He will be a great hunter and an even better companion. I’m being forced to rehome him sadly. He is potty trained. I would love for him to go to a home committed to treating kitty’s with all the love possible !!!

Story
Judy, born July 2023, Aside from being a beautiful ginger girl, Judy is your all-around amazing kitty. She is super sweet, playful, friendly, and affectionate. She will roll around reaching out to get your attention. Judy loves to play and can get a bit crazy, but is also very easy going and loves just hanging out with you. She has a sweet musical purr and she will melt your heart. Judy has bonded with Juliet and will be adopted together. They would do best in a home where their person/persons have the time to spend playing and spoiling them. No small children. Silverton Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. We deliver the kitty to your home, so you must live within an hour of Silverton. $125 adoption fee for kitties under one year and $100 for kitties over one year. Please fill out an application, https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat or email us at  silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information. We do use the application to match our kitties to the purrfect home. Please be patience when you apply for a kitty; we are all volunteers. All our kitties are altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, receive age appropriate vaccines, are dewormed, treated for fleas and tested for FIV/FELV.
