Story
Hello! I am Britney, and I am finally ready for adoption!! I am about 10 months old and a rare female orange tabby. I am SWEET as can be. I give the absolute best hugs and kisses, and crave time with my loving human. I am super social and need at least one furry friend. I get along with the cats in my foster home. I also like it when the dog in my foster home lets me crawl on her face, but I don’t like it when she wants to play chase. I love to play and I love to snuggle! I have an incredible purr! I do have a head tilt from when I was very sick as a kitten, but the dr said I am just fine! It does not slow me down, it just makes me more endearing.
I also have PICA. I often eat things that aren’t food. No one knows why for sure, but my foster mom continues to try to help me. I need an experienced kitty home, and maybe even one experienced with kitties who have PICA. I will eat any string or ribbon type thing, even if it is small. I can’t have any toys with or access to strings or ribbons. I also like to nosh on soft fuzzy blankets and beds. I cannot be around fleece blankets without supervision. Sometimes I enjoy resting on one, but someone needs to watch me. My mom also found me nibbling on my foster brothers silicone bowl, and one time I treated the unattended laundry like my salad bar. I like kids, but I probably need a home with big kids or no kids since small children tend to leave things around that I can eat. I know I come with some quirks, but I make up for in the love I give. I am excellent at giving hugs and kisses! Please talk to my foster mom about things that are working for me, and things that seem to make my PICA worse. I come up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. Currently, I live in a foster home, but my foster mom will drive me to the Walla Walla petsmart for a scheduled meet and greet! I am adoptable through Silver Cloud Cat Sanctuary in Walla Walla, WA. You can’t be my home? Please share me. I’ve waited a very long time to be adoption ready
