Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! Morelia had a rough start in life and was a mom cat herself fending for her and her babies. She was very timid and fearful but then they came into Amazing Strays. All her babies have now found forever homes. She does well with people once you earn her trust with yummy treats. She would do best in a quieter home with another cat and no dogs. She does fine with the older kids in the home. Morelia has always been on the shy, timid side. She does hide when uncomfortable. Once she's comfortable with you, she will jump up on the bed or sofa and ask for pets. She loves being petted! Then the biscuit making begins. Morelia will do best in a house with another cat about her age. She feels comfortable with one of my personal cats, and likes to hang out with her. She is an incredibly sweet cat who will need a very special person willing to give her lots of love and pets. Adoption fee for Morelia is $150 and  includes FVRCP vaccine, FIV/FELV testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) and microchip. Please fill out our application HERE if you interested in meeting or adopting this cat and we will be in touch right away! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! Meet Padme Mamadala! She was a stray mama kitty that was rescued with her adorable trio of kittens- that have been since adopted. Her kittens were born on May 4th- aka "Star Wars Day". She is our beautiful tortoiseshell with a sprinkle of "tortitude." She ready to "leaf" her shy ways behind and curl up with you for purr-fect snuggles. She loves bird watching, toy chasing, and the occasional cat nip. Ideal for a quiet family with a cat friendly dog. She prefers female kitties over males. She is a bit shy but getting better every day. Make your autumn extra cozy and there's nothing like a blanket and a biscuit making cat to warm your heart! She is available for our "foster to adopt" program. She can be shy when meeting new people, so our "foster to adopt" option allows potential adopters to take home a pet for two weeks so they can really get to know them before making a final commitment. This would be a perfect option for Padme.  Her adoption fee is $195 and includes her spay, vaccines, deworming, flea treatment, and a negative Felv/Fiv test. If you are interested in meeting Padme, please fill out an adoption application HERE. May the force be with you! Story
This is Nina! She’s my pride and joy. I’m moving overseas and do not know the conditions over there so this rehoming is for Nina’s wellbeing. However, Nina might struggle with our separation as much as I do, so I am looking for an experienced adopter to keep tabs on her behavior and be in contact with me. I may move back for her if she becomes susceptible to illness or shutting down. She is 5 and 1/2 years old. She is a corky youthful gal, very curious. She doesn’t get along with other cats, if you know cats then this doesn’t surprise you. She has to get used to a dog before being left alone with one, she has been friends with a chihuahua before. As for humans and kids, she favors men. She has her limits with any human, if you pet her wrong or for too long she’ll go to nip ya. She likes her space, she’s not a lap cat but she has sat in my lap about a dozen times. She can be aggressive when scared so be careful. I recommend someone who’s single so she’s not overstimulated.

Story
We acquired Blacky, along with his brothers Rusty and Kinky Tail, as starving strays last fall. They are about one year old. We recently had them neutered and vaccinated by the Feral Cat Coalition. Blacky also had a wound on his right thigh treated. All three are solid black, though Rusty and Blacky show a hint of red in the right light. Their eye color seems to vary from amber to light green, depending on the lighting. While Blacky and his brothers are strays, they are well-socialized. They are very friendly and gentle with people. We keep them outside, but they regularly lobby to be let in. They seem open-minded but appropriately cautious in their interactions with our cat-tolerant pitbull. They are all on the quiet side. Blacky is the most insistent about being picked up and petted.

Story
Sweet Pea earned her name by being the most cuddly, good natured cat I've ever met. She loves to nap by your side (or on your chest), has a loud purr anytime she sees you, and is extremely calm around my dog. She knows if you are sick or sad, and will stay by your side all day if you want. She likes being around her people, but won't bug you for attention. I've spent my life arounds cats, and she is truly special. The decision to rehome was difficult. I took on full time care of an elderly parent who is extremely allergic to cats. We've kept them separate in the house, but just the exposure from me being around both of them has caused issues for my family member's health. Her only health/behavioral issue is how overweight she was when I got her 4 years ago. She's since lost the extra weight and judged perfectly healthy at a recent vet exam. I use an automatic food feeder that will go with her if she's adopted to help avoid any food issues.
