Story
My name's Rocket! Me 'n my brother Riley got caught in a trap together a couple of months ago and we were SUPER angry!! It's taken us a hot minute (or 2) to settle down but now we're ready to be part of a family! You read about Riley the other day (he's a pretty good guy) but this will be all about ME! I'm a really handsome light grey tabby boy, about 1 yr old! I'm kinda shy at first but I LOVE when the shelter people talk nice & give me ear scratches & pets!! I really like having a place to hide here at the shelter because it's pretty noisy with all the dogs barking! But I bet your house won't be so scary, so maybe I won't need to hide anymore?? Give us a call & tell them you want to meet ROCKET!! February 25, 2025, 12:11 pm

Story
Milo the Medicine Cat Milo is a loving and playful boy. He will be your shadow throughout the day and he will sleep with you peacefully at night. He follows me through the house like some security attaché, loves to play chase and hide and seek, he loves to be in boxes and be the mysterious attack paw emerging from the dark. The Context: On August 6, 2025, I rescued Milo from a dangerous situation near a highway; he was about to die of malnutrition in the woods near West Fork, Arkansas. He was small enough to fit into my hand. He may need to be the only cat. He can get along with dogs and he gets along really well with my neighbors' cats. But, for some reason, he and my first cat do not get along. And I can see it wearing on her nervous system. And honestly it may just be his youth and her advanced age that is the issue. But I cannot wait around any longer to try and find out. Special Needs: Milo gets UTIs unless he's on some special food (thankfully, he loves to eat it).

Story
Adopted Kekoa from The Humane Society in Hawaii when he was 2 months old. He turned 7 years old on Nov 2nd. He's a very sweet cat that loves to cuddle and play, but isn't compatible with our kids. He needs a home preferably with older kids, no kids, and no pets. Please let me know if interested or know someone looking for a furever buddy.

Story
When I first met Simba, he was just a tiny kitten, barely two weeks old. He had been found all alone, so small and vulnerable, needing a safe place to grow. When I held him for the first time, I knew I wanted to be the one to give him that home. Watching him grow over the last four years has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Simba has always had a perfect balance of indoor coziness and outdoor (backyard) curiosity. He loves curling up on the couch, purring beside me, and soaking up the warmth of the indoors. But as soon as the door opens, he’s off on an adventure, exploring every nook and cranny of the yard with his elegant, playful stride. He’s a curious soul who brings joy and liveliness to every day. Simba is independent yet loving, with a spirit that’s both sweet and a bit sassy. I’m looking for someone who’ll embrace his unique personality, both his cozy, quiet side and his curious, adventurous side.

Story
Piper was found in 2011 when he was a baby & until recently, spent all his years w/the same person. I took him in to ensure he’d go to a loving home! If I could keep Piper myself I 1000% would but I have a dog that’s NOT AT ALL cat friendly. I’m keeping him safe & cared for but I have to keep him contained to a single room a lot. So, it’s not ideal-or fair for him. Piper will tolerate/coexist with a well mannered pup fine but won’t want to interact w/them much. He's never been around another cat so I don’t know if that’d be a good idea. He must go to a responsible owner that will keep him indoors only! He is super sweet, affectionate, & likes to cuddle. He still likes to play but for the most part, is pretty calm & laid back. Despite his age Piper’s completely healthy w/no serious issues. He’d do best in a fairly calm home w/someone who can & will give him lots of love & attention! He’ll have everything he needs & more & I’ll gladly cover/help with any cost/needs he has along the way!
