Story

Ralph is a 4-year-old Tabby/Domestic Shorthair. My partner and I got Ralph and her sister, Moose back in the fall of 2020. They were a part of a litter of kittens from a friend of a friend. I'm not sure of the exact timeline, but in 2021, we got both of them fixed. After the procedure, she started becoming aggressive towards our guests/strangers. She and her sister have always gotten along very well, but I am unsure what her reaction to other animals would be. She has never been aggressive towards us unless we were trying to control her during an aggressive episode. We are looking to rehome her because of our living situation and her behavior. We will be moving in with two roommates, so we will no longer be able to isolate her entirely from other people. Ralph is generally stubborn and a lot to handle, but if she warms up to you, she is incredibly loving, sweet, playful, and cuddly. She doesn't really like to be held, but she will crawl on your lap if she wants to get comfy.

Sambuca and Bailey are one year old brothers that came to us last summer. They are two of five from the litter of kittens their mama had. They are very sweet and gentle boys that love love and enjoy playing with toys. They are definitely party crashers and love to play. Story

Emily has made her way to one of our loving foster homes recently, and discovered her very unique personality. Emily is a cat that loves attention and she’s not afraid to let you know it. That said, she is, like most cats, picky about when she wants that attention. Emily is a talker. From the moment you greet her when you wake up, to the time you go to lie down in bed, she’ll respond to whatever you say to her. While she hasn’t completely adjusted to living with other cats that aren’t her kittens, she has shown growth and can coexist with another cat. Given enough time, she will be a great companion to another cat. She’s shown that she wants to play with our cats, she just isn’t sure how to do it — but she is learning! Emily is independent and enjoys the option of alone time. She comes out and interacts with us often, but she enjoys having her own space to rest. She would do best in a home without small children and a limited amount of cats, preferably one or none. We are not sure how she is with dogs. Emily is somewhat territorial of her foster parents and will let our other cats know her feelings. Dippin Dots came to us a while back along with her kittens. She was found in a rough area of a Cleveland suburb trying to survive. She was very shy and nervous for a while. After hanging out in two different foster home, she was able to learn to trust again! She has made great strides, and it is certain that she will thrive in a home with other cat friends. She seems to make friends with cats quite easily. She would also love a chill home with maybe a couple or a single person. Lots of sunny spots are also important to her! She is very comfortable in a home but still is not a fan of being held. She likes being near people and playing with people.
