Spice's owner died and his wife had to move out of state and left her and her buddy outside. The new owner saw them and we came and rescued them. She was sad and lonely. She has been passed up because she is black and not a kitten. Please give Miss Spice a chance to show you how grateful she would be to get a forever family or foster. She is fully vetted. Elvis came to us as a stray and quickly became a part of the family. He loves going outside for most of the day and returns for dinner. He still shows feral instincts but has developed a liking for the comfort of indoors and attention as well. He can be very playful at times when the dog is not around to give him a hard time. We have had a hard time with his instincts as we also have birds and we have to be mindful of where he is when in the house. This is the reason we would love to find him a new home. He will make a great pet for someone willing to let him wander during the day and cuddle at night.

Sonic was left at my doorstep, scared and afraid with another cat. The other cat ran but he came right up and started purring amd rubbing up on my daughter and me. We knew instantly we had to help him. He was beat up and dirty. We cleaned him up and now he is a happy boy waiting for his new life to start. Luna is a sweet, 4-year-old cat looking for a calm, loving home. She is friendly, cuddly, playful, and great with kids. Luna lived happily with her cat sister (who recently passed) and loves quiet companionship. She is shy around strangers and will hide when company comes over, but with time and patience, she warms up and shows her affectionate side. We are heartbroken to rehome her, but with a baby on the way, our home is becoming too chaotic for her sensitive nature. Luna thrives in peaceful environments and would do best with someone who understands her need for a calm space. She will come with her automatic litter box and water fountain. If you think you could offer Luna the calm and caring home she deserves, we would love to hear from you. She has so much love to give, and we are hoping to find someone who will give her the same in return.

Story
Oreo and Truffle (littermates that I call the twins) lived in Florida with a medium sized dog for four years. Their owners (friends of mine) were moving and were not able to take the cats with them. I already had cats and took the twins in (last August) when their owners were not able to find a suitable home (indoor only to good owners). A couple of months ago the twins decided that they did not like my rescue Siamese and have systematically cornered my Siamese to live in just a room and under a chair in my room. We went to the vet and asked what we could do to help them all get along. We were given calming medicine for the twins and that has helped a little, but not solved the problem. So I unfortunately need to find them a new home. These two are great cats. Friendly, personable, affectionate and talkative, but not to talkative. They love to be talked to and petted. You can see from the pics that they like to hang on the couch with us. Truffle loves to be held.
