Story
Say hello to Sugar Mama! This sweet girl is around 2.5 years old and weighs around 8 pounds. Though Sugar Mama is shy, she is also incredibly sweet. It will take her a little time to settle into a new environment, but once she does she will show you her heart of gold! As long as you promise to give her lots of pets and scratches, she will be your best friend! Sugar Mama would do best in a calmer household who will be okay with her needing a little space to get comfortable. If you are looking for a lower energy and super affectionate kitty, she may be the one for you! Sugar Mama is fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. Her adoption fee is $75. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

This duo of cuteness is as sweet as they are playful! Sweetie Pie and Sugar Plum are roughly 8 months old and are spunky, cuddly, and beyond entertaining. They are the life of the party and want to create fun everywhere they go. They are fostered with other cats, small dogs, and a toddler, and have been absolutely fabulous at making friends with everyone. They are used to being held and loved on and will happily accept your attention! They love to run and chase each other around the house and can be their own little whirlwind. They will need a family who is okay with the action! When they are all tuckered out, they do love to cuddle up for a good nap. Sweetie Pie prefers to nap in the bed, while Sugar Plum typically lays on the back of the couch! At nighttime, they are likely to snuggle up with you in bed and invade your personal space. These sweet kittens are litter box trained and are ready to steal your heart! If you are interested in making one (or two) of them a part of your forever family, apply today! They are fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. The adoption fee for one kitten is $75.00. Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social cats.
